Worst Tim Hortons in Alberta…slowest service ever. They either out stock or they do not service that product anymore. Tried to order a banana nut muffin, this location doesn’t sell them, tried ordering a breakfast wrap..was told oh sorry we sold out of all our breakfast stuff. This has happened numerous times not just the one time.

Worst service I have ever seen at a tTim Hortons . And that's saying something. The in restaurant service is non existent.. 15 min waiting and no one even acknowledged me . AWFUL

I regularly ask for a BELT.Not a SELT (sausage are not cooked enough) to my taste. Debating on my order has on many occasions ended up not getting eggs, not getting Tomato.I’m asking for Bacon-Egg-Lettuce-Tomato. No sausage is listed in the anagram BELT

Drive thru takes way too long, was there for an hour, and their loaded wrap was so disgusting that I vomited at my work after I ate some of it.

It’s always something at this location. Sometimes the drive through will be closed, or they’ll run out of product, or your food will be cold or hard or lukewarm & therefore unappealing, or they’ll get your drink order wrong. If there was another location in town, I’d rather go there

I just want to say WOW!! This was the most wonderful experience I have had in a Tim Hortons for a long time. The Tim Hortons we have back home are nowhere near what this one is. Athabasca Tim Hortons has Great customer service,great food and our coffee and latte fantastic!! I definitely recommend this to everyone who wants to visit Tim Hortons. Thank you!! ❤️❤️

They cannot get orders right to save their lives!! They ask if you need a tray for your 4 drinks by the time you get to the window( 50ft away) they have already forgotten, and you have to ask again.
