Subaru City

The team at Subaru City were very helpful and able to find me exactly what I was looking for. As a first time Subaru buyer, salesman Greg was extremely helpful in explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. Very appreciative that I was able to get into a new car so quickly and the process was so smooth!

Well… all I would like to do is purchase a new car…. However they don’t seem to want to help with this. In fact, I was told today the “15 people in their store were more important than my phone call” my response was “I WAS in your dealership and couldn’t get anyone to help me so I called”. I was treated very poorly. Sat on hold for 12 mins. I asked to speak to Wilson ( the GM) specifically and was sent to some sales guy who made the above statement to me. Then he told me Wilson is much too busy to deal with “people like me”. I suppose paying cash for a new car doesn’t warrant their need for my business. I would happily finance and pay it out a week later so the greedy sales guy gets commission…but I will be taking my business and my families business elsewhere.Update….Still have not heard from Wilson, however I WAS able to find a Subaru dealer in BC who was more than happy to sell me the exact Subaru Outback I was looking for. Signed and delivered! Also my boyfriend was able to have his outback ordered for him with out any issue. Love my Subaru!Only complaint,I wasn’t able to keep my business local.

The easiest and most down to earth guys to work with. Eric, Wilson, ken, and Binh are such great people who know how to treat their customers right. They made the entire buying process so easy and they provided regular updates throughout the building process and shipping of my 2024 crosstrek. They took care of everything and all I had to do was show up, sign papers, and pick up my new ride. Everything was explained very clearly and thoroughly, especially the finance part. I highly recommend this dealership and these guys. Thank you for all your help.

Just got my 2023 Subaru BRZ from Nick and Paula! They were very accommodating and we went through the process of buying it smoothly. 10/10 would recommend to buy from them and would definitely buy from them again if I’m in the market for another Subaru.

I was in the market for a new car, first time dealing with a dealership. I wasn't sure what to expect. I received great service right from the start. Nicholas was my salesman, and he made the whole experience fun and relaxed. He offered great advice and insight into helping me make an informed decision. Mike from service was a pleasure to deal with as well, working with me to get the additions that I wanted. Once it came to financing and putting money down I dealt with Eric. He set up a financing program that was going to work comfortably for me and was quick to respond to the hundreds of questions I had. Overall it was a pleasure and I would recommend everyone to pay a visit to city subaru for their next car purchase.

We were at Subaru City in search of Ascent, to our surprise, we luckily met “Bill Lam and the Ascent” we wanted. Same day Test Drove and was satisfied with performance. Bill Lam is very knowledgeable product advisor and pleasant to deal with. He lead us with the process of buying our new vehicle. Finance department has handled it well based on our financial needs. Overall a great experience at Subaru City. Thankful to the “Managers” involved in this process to sell this brand new Ascent to our family. I would recommend anyone to buy Subaru, one of the modern day manufactured vehicles with advanced technology and safety features. The process of getting a new car was smooth thanks to Greg, Eric and Paula! Everyone from the team is so friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We were hungry after spending a few hours at the business office, so they treated us with some snacks. Our sales representative Greg provided all the details about car, he even found a time to stay with us and explain features after closing the deal. Your efforts and help are so much appreciated!

My husband and I bought a vehicle from NICK back in January. We have bought a handful of vehicles in the past but Nick was the most wonderful salesperson to deal with. He made sure we received exactly what we asked for and was honest and transparent. A few months later he even gave us a call to see if we had any questions and how we liked the vehicle. Having a handful of bad experiences throughout 25 years of us buying vehicles we were wary to go through a similar experience. Thankfully we met Nick and he made the process so easy. Answered all my questions and made my buying experience very stress-free and enjoyable. The sales manager was also great to talk to. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase.
