Marcone Supply

Very poor customer service from the black lady standing at the far right computer and the old white man standing at the left side. Their attitude is very arrogant and it seems they absolutely do not care about customers. I buy a lot of parts from Marcone and I almost always used the Vaughn location, and I had a wonderful experience, however, this Brampton location customer service were very unpleasant. I strongly believe Marcone really needs to look into this location staff behaviour, they are absolutely destroying their customer service. Of course I will avoid going there again by any means.

I have health issues i went into this store asking for a replacement part that i was told day before i could just bring in and they would supply the replacement. The older man started telling me to get out of his store i preceeded to tell him sorry im exempt and he started yelling at me to get out. Not in this store im not so i put my bandana over my face and he continued to tell me to get out and it wasnt a proper mask. The rules are if u have health issues you dont need to wear the mask or any sort of face covering. Then he went on telling me i need a part number that he cant help me and to get out. It's a simple universal relay. I have never experienced such rude behavior in my life. By the time it was over i was so light headed and dizzy and shaking from wearing the face covering and the anxiety from him yelling at me. This man should not be in customer service he is a complete a**hole.

The staff here was so helpful! I needed a replacement part for my dyrer and called this location to see if they had it. They told me where to locate my serial number and I was even able to do curbside pick up, which is perfect because I had my children with me and didn't have to take them out of the car.

Walked in. Busy place. Discussed issue with parts and service. Paid for part. Fixed washer. Quick, easy and efficient. Cost of part $30 versus new washer. No time for chit chat/ small talk as 3 people came in after me with orders.

Great service and good price . Will definitely recommend

I ordered part for my washer / dryer and for more than 8 weeks I couldn’t get my part , I asked for a refund and which I received but the service was horrible, no call backs from the store as they never received the part from the manufacturer. Amazon could provide the same part but not this genuine store supplier Marcone, No ETA are provided , I have been doing my laundry in coin street with little son and store confront me saying I have no right to complain , simply redeciouls and pathetic service

They don't even have a basic capacitor in store/stock. The sales rep was helpful to check the system but I think they should atleast have these basic parts in stock.

Marcone supply brampton. Very poor customer service. Placed an order for replacement glass for my stove cooktop. They advised me it was in stock and i could pick up the following morning. I placed/paid for it, drove the following morning only to have them tell me it was on back order. No call from any staff advising. They said they were to busy.What a waste of my time and gas. Got my refund and left. Not sure about their other locations but I would not go back there again. There lots of other options to purchase from.
