I want to share my experience, we had a small problem that needed immediate attention from management. Alexia and Leon got on it right away and solved the problem for my wife and I that day. I know they both worked late into the evening to solve the issue. I want to thank them both for thier outstanding service, Alexia and Leon both went above and beyond my expectations. I am so grateful and relieved, thank you both for being there for us...!!

This apartment complex is one of the worst and the oldest. You don't want to live here cuz the buildings always have water issues and maintenance issues and it's overpriced rent for no reason there's no air conditioning the heat system is always not working in the winter and there's no help support. Save your money and move somewhere else

I have to comment on Alessia our Building Manager. I have resided in the building long enough to see a few Managers come and go. They have all been pleasant, but Alessia stands head and shoulders above them all when it comes to getting the job done. Alessia has recently solved some issues for us and her work ethic and sense of professionalism is such a breath of fresh air. I feel very fortunate and grateful that we have a Building Manager of Alessia’s caliber looking out for us.

Horrible experience with management, I have been cancelled on TWICE for appointments to just put in an application. Both times I had to call ahead of time to double check our appointment, no call from the management team about the cancellations, if I didn't call I would have shown up and been told some bad story of made up excuses. Could be a nice building, sadly lack of professional staff has left me frustrated and insulted
