I had a very great experience at the photo centre. Though we did not get a good passport phot picture for my special needs child, the staff were very professional and put in a wonderful effort to calm my child. Thank you to the staff.

Store is clean and organized. Staff were helpful and friendly especially the staff in the Photolab and Electronics. Black Friday was not too bad.

I really love using this London Drugs location as my pharmacy. My family and I have used their pharmacy for years, and we have all had positive experiences here. Pharmacists, plus pharmacy assistants, are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.This is a decent-sized London Drugs store, also. They have a fairly large cosmetics and electronics section. And, there are often very nice deals available on sale throughout the store.Would recommend this for shopping and for your pharmaceutical needs.

I came to the fragrance/cosmetics section today ON A MISSION and Dustyn was SO HELPFUL! Did I know the name of the cologne I was looking for? No. Dustyn figured it out. Did I know the notes of the cologne? No. Dustyn figured it out. Did London Drugs carry it? No. Dustyn not only found a phenomenal two to three alternatives but took time doing it as well! I can't wait to gift my husband this amazing cologne on Father's Day! Thank you, Dustin, for not only the great cologne but a really fun and HUMAN interaction today.

Got my macbook fixed here quickly! The store was full of fun stuff..no joke everything you’d ever need is in this one store. had a creepy lady follow my coworker and I around on our lunch break, (quite obviously a secret shopper) we purposely changed directions for a while to see if she’d lurk behind which she did.. we left feeling uncomfortable without our basket of intended purchases.

Normally, I have great service in the computer department. Today, however, there was an older man working there and I asked for help looking for a mouse. I specified the type and he first corrected my grammar for some reason (rude and unnecessary, just talking down to me basically) and then proceeded to tell me about how most mouses are usb-a (I told him I need Bluetooth or usb-c)... not usb-a but he kept insisting and talked to me as if I've never touched a computer before. I am very knowledgeable with computers and felt I came across as such, I think this employee was trying to mansplain (sorry but I'm not sure how else to put it) mice to me because he assumed a young woman would have no clue what she is looking for. It was upsetting, hence why I'm writing this review. No hard feelings, just want someone to know this.

Typically go to Costco for my prescriptions but they did not make the pain cream my Dr. prescribed. Went to LD for this one and will NEVER go back to this pharmacy. Not only is the staff rude and inefficient, they hand my prescription without a bag, without an information sheet, and ask me if I want a receipt?! They also did not give the whole order and I had to return the next day. Other pharmacies place your prescription in a bag and staple the receipt to it and put a copy inside the bag. I guess this pharmacy doesn't provide this basic service. Perhaps they should hire qualified people.
