Donovan over in the Canada Post section needs a serious attitude adjustment. Extremely abrasive and rude. And the lady at the front desk gave me a dirty look when I asked for Donovan's name. Underwhelming staff. Find employees that actually want to be there if you're going to put them in a customer service role.

Went to have a prescription filled that had been called in by my doctor. The pharmacist said that I had gotten 12 pills a week ago and that they weren't giving me a refill. 1) They screwed up and only gave me 8 the first time. 2) My first set hadn't had a refill because it was a trial. 3) I am leaving in a few days and need the refill for when I am gone. I was absolutely mortified by this treatment.EDIT:Went in today and only had HALF my prescription. They ran my medical through totally wrong and told me my plan only covers 30 days of this medication (which is not for every day use.) I phone my medical and they said that everything is partially covered and that the pharmacist obviously didn't know what they were talking about. I will be getting the rest of my prescription and will NEVER use this pharmacy again. What a joke.

**NO STARS*** Worst Experience Ever***Went in to get correct prescription, even took containers in to show was given wrong product. Front counter helper in pharmacy opened up the container, spilt and contaminated the contents, gave container back we don't have that" take this. Wanted prescription records to take to another pharmacy

Store is good, and service is ok, but it sure would be nice if they actually had the correct hours on Google. Drove here only to find that they were closed hours before.

One of my favorite pharmacys I've used, the staff and pharmacists are all very helpful and really nice and understanding. They have never let me down and are fast to help me whenever I go there. Recommend to anyone local or visiting.

Last Thursday I visited the branch to pick a prescription up. Through a program I am part of I can pre-purchase electronic cards, and benefit.The employees who had never seen those cards, were not able to redeem them, and question their legitimacy.I did not pick my prescription up that night, but I called first thing in the morning. Emma, the store manager picked the phone. She was aware of the accident" and clueless about the program. An hour later when I went to pick my prescription the girl who had just finished helping a customer asked the coworkers to call Emma.I guess she was working the night before

I had the nicest pharmacist assistant I think her name is Jeanie, she was so amazing on the phone and in person! She really showed she cared about professionalism, work ethic, and kindness. She was reassuring, prompt, and educated!

Great location, I pick up my prescriptions up from here. The pharmacy staff are exceptional. They are quick and always have an answer to the questions I have on our families medications.Thanks for providing a quality team who put the effort in to provide great service.

Just extremely rude and dismissive pharmacy staff. They almost put in effort to NOT help you.

Don't ask anyone in the pharmacy where the bubble bath is. Obviously if there were staff walking around the aisles I wouldn't have to. Get over yourselves. The guys in Glenmore are much more helpful.
