Replaced the membrane on top of our condo building and 3 skylights. From the start we had excellent service from this company. From the sale representative to the crew that did the installation. They were all very professional, prompt, and responded to our questions right away. We are a strata corporation and we will definitely use their service again. We recommend this company to anyone looking for a company that knows how to treat their customer and give them the best service possible.

We did our roof last year with Penfolds after our neighbours suggested the company. I start with the fact that our previous roof guaranteed 25 years was leaking big time after 15 and we needed to also replace some of the plywood. Penfolds manager did an estimate and was really pretty much correct. The job was completed efficiently and a year later no problems and it rained a lot. Our manager was Andrew Cameron. I wanted to thank Andrew Cameron specifically for always being there when I had questions. Maybe I had too many, I don't know, but I felt he was very responsive and always very informative. Thank you!

In February of this year, we paid a deposit so our leaky roof. We were told that the roof will be replaced in June. When we emailed them in July, we were told that the person who dealt with our file took another job and the file fell through the cracks. We were told that our roof will be replaced in August. When we emailed them about having a specific date, they never responded to our emails. In late August, we were told that because of the hot weather, they were falling behind. Then we were told in September that the head of the crew injured his knee, which means another delay. Then we were told that our roof is complicated (it is not), and it requires a speciality crew. Hence, another delay. At this point, we had been waiting for seven months without even been given a specific date. When we finally pulled the plug, someone with a high rank to apologise and give me more excuses without taking any responsibility about what happened. He also told me that they could start on October 10, give or take. Given how we were treated, we passed. I just find the who experience extremely unprofessional.

From start to finish the team was professional, honest and upfront about the work to be completed. They called to discuss any findings once the job had started before proceeding. They were fast and completed our roof in 3 days. I would highly recommend using Penfolds. Fair pricing and great warranty.

Penfolds installed a new roof on my garage. Best roofing company I have ever used. From the initial estimate through the installation, they were all professional and true to their word. No bad surprises. The installers were extremely polite, worked efficiently and were careful not to damage plants surrounding the garage. They did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Penfolds Roofing was recommended to us by a friend. Found the company and representatives to be professional and knowledgeable through out the process. The sales representative was very helpful on the phone as well as when he came by to consult and show us samples as well as make suggestions. We had some small additional work done and their carpenter came by in advance to check what needed to be done. Though there was a bit of a delay due to lack of shingles [the ones we picked] and the carpenters availability [jobs before us taking a bit longer] once things got going the crew was very fast and efficient. We had the roof replaced twenty years previous by another company and the difference in professionalism and quality of work was night and day. -The clean up afterwards was very good though they did miss a bit in the back under the deck, a few minutes work on my part, but nothing that I would complain about. The roof crew was excellent, fast, and efficient as well as quite [as quite as a roofing crew can be]. All the crew were very respectful of us when dealing with us in person.I would highly recommend Penfolds Roofing to anyone who asks.A job well done.

Penfolds completed our re-roofing a number of years ago, and following some challenging original house design flaws, designed a secondary flat roof drain system that works 100%. The replacement roof is now 14 years old and looks good.We recently experienced a minor roof leak, associated with PVC furnace vents, which was a challenge to locate and fix, but Penfolds was up to the task and we are now dry again. Specifically Ron Frisk was a plesure to deal with on BOTH the original re-roof and this recent repair. Hats off to Penfolds, and hats off to Ron.Thanks

We had solar panels installed it took a long time but it was worth the wait. I cannot tell you how much our hydro bill will go down yet as it is too early.I will give another review in a years time. So far we are still getting used to logging in and checking what are solar panels are doing, on sunny days everyones happy! Thanks Penfolds for your proffessionalism

They executed the scope of work with high service standards and expert knowledge! Hats off to Mathew Barlett (Technical Advisor) and Cory (Installer) Cory was very knowledgeable helped explain roofing code for the air vents as well added assistants for access to AC contractor. Mathew provided great coordination and scheduling! Was most impressed that he even provided the names of the team that was going to be onsite.
