This is not to bash the employees because I understand that during rush hours things can be stressful but I wanted to shed a little light on a situation that occurred today, because it is the third time this happens to me at this Starbucks location. I ordered two exact same drinks with the only difference of adding caramel drizzle on one of them. I even confirmed a second time with the girl at the front to make sure because I knew the order was complex. They served the first drink, perfect, no issues. Second drink comes along... it looks nothing like the first one and even has whipped cream on it which I asked not to put because of allergies. The girl was very kind and apologized and remade my drink which I appreciated very much but when she gave it to me, once again it looked nothing like the first one (I ordered two same drinks) but the problem is that they did not put a sticker on the remade drink so now I can't be sure what was put it in my drink in case of a reaction. Anyways, all this to say that I love Starbucks and I love their drinks which is why I wanted to write this so that next time they are more careful with things like this.Thank you if you read this until the end.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years as I live close by. Ever since they re opened it is horrible the service. I go a few times a week and always get the same drink. I always ask for light on ice. The last 3 times I went the whole Venti cup was basically just iced. Such a waste of money. SO SO disappointed.

Unbelievably stupid renovation! Used to have twice more tables to seat and enjoy coffee, but now usually all tables are taken! Some effective mangers" decided to force clients to buy and go away!I'd recommend just go away...."

Coffees were bland. Normally they are good. Probably a new staff thrown in with minimal training. These are the times. Didn't appreciate the home made wasp traps. We already have a declining bee population which is critical to the environment. Bad Starbucks, very bad.

Always come here to study since I’m in the area, however there is way less seating with the new renovations, so having a study place is hard since it’s always full unfortunately, not to mention there are no more blinds so studying in the late afternoon become hard since the sun is either on your laptop or your eyes. I feel the architecture bad no student consideration and chose to focus on modernization rather than the clientele. Just my opinion anyway, I’ll probably find another place

If you're in the mood for a quick pick-me-up, Starbucks is the place to go. They always have a great selection of coffee, tea, and pastries, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The best part about Starbucks is that there's always one nearby, no matter where you are.

It is Saturday, 7pm and they are only open for drive through. I’m not sure when they implemented this but it is unfortunate for those who go there to study or sit and enjoy their beverages.
