Infinite Modesty Designs ( sewing classes)

Growing up, sewing has always been a passion of mine,but I'd never thought of taking it a step further. Thankfully,I can proudly say that I have taken it a step further and completed my beginners class and will be finishing my advanced class this month.Though ,this course was done virtually due to the pandemic ,I can attest that it was a bit challenging but I was able to remain focused and kept pushing myself. I've learned so much from these classes and would encourage anyone who would be interesting in a sewing class to do so.In addition, I would like to extend a big thank you to Mrs Gellis, my instructor. Her videos are very informative and she has an amazing teaching style,she is very engaged in her videos which makes the class more exciting for everyone.Thank you Mrs Gellis and I am excited to putting my sewing skills to the test.

I completed the online beginners sewing course with Infinite Modesty Design on February 28th, 2022. It was an 8 week course where Gellis taught us how to thread our machine, wind a bobbin, change the needle etc. I started with NO sewing experience and by the end of the course I had sewn a laptop bag, pin cushion and repurposed an old dress top (it didn’t fit but it was close). Gellis took her time to teach us the anatomy of sewing and gave us the hands on experience we needed to sew our projects. This course has definitely birthed a desire in me to continue sewing and to take part in her advance class. I highly recommend that you take her in person or virtual beginners class or advance class if you have the experience, you will not be disappointed. Thank you kindly for your exceptional work! Before joining Infinite Modesty Designs Advanced Online Sewing Class, I was basically a novice when it come to sewing. I knew how to do basic maintenance on my sewing machine like threading the needle and making a few stitches, even though stitches weren't very straight. After joing the course, I learned how to take my own measurement, draft my own patterns, and make my own custom-made garments and assessories. Gellis is patient, kind, and her reassuring voice makes me feel successful, no matter how much I struggled. I am now designing my own garments and I feel very confident with what I am doing. I even drafted a pattern for my six year-old granddaughter using her measurements. Thank you Gellis and the rest of my sewing community for everything. I wish the class would go on forever but I know you will always be there for assistance or to ask questions. I love you so much in the Lord. Bless you Gellis, my fabulous and wise sewing instructor.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the instructor. I took the beginners 8 weeks course and by week THREE I was able to successfully complete my very first project, which was a laptop bag. The instructor was extremely patient with me and was able to build my sewing confidence. I highly recommend sewing with Ms. Gellis

I did a workshop with my coach Gellis.. she is just awesome.. she explains everything very clearly and in details.. i made a pretty dress in just few sessions.. i loved her workshop and her guidance.. A very big thumbs up to Infinite Modesty Designs and a very big hug to my dear Gellis♥️♥️♥️

This was an incredibly experience! Gellis is an amazing (and patient) teacher! The price was a GREAT value and I learned so much in a few short weeks! Looking forward to coming back for more classes in the future! I would definitely recommend!

It's so fun to be in Gellis' beginner sewing class. Her passion, drive and enthusiasm are contagious. She patiently guided me through all the projects and removed my fear with starting sewing.In her class, you get to work on multiple projects to practice the theory you learned. I learned how to create purse, tote bag, and hair scrunchie.

I really enjoyed my sewing classes and my teacher. I have learned so much about sewing, fabrics and following instructions to make clothes and other sewing projects. I was so happy that I acted on the opportunity to make my first dress during the dress challenge. After completing my first dress, I also completed online The Beginner's Course and The Advance Course with Infinite Modesty Design. I planned to register for other sewing course to continue my learning on sewing and drafting. I enjoyed my teacher, Gellis. She's an expert in sewing, designing and drafting. She knows the best sleeve that will be best for a particular dress or blouse.... etc. Her videos, live and online classes have very great instructions for all students to follow. I suggest that everyone should take a leap of faith and take a class with Infinite Modesty Design. You will develop a love for sewing and a new skill.

Infinite Modesty Designs led a workshop on understanding how to use sewing machines properly, managing designs, and being precise with your creation. Members of our program had the opportunity to be led by Gellis, the workshop facilitator. She was patient, engaging, and very knowledgeable. Our members appreciated the time and effort she took to support them learn about sewing techniques and designs.
