The experience I had with the Packaging Depot was very pleasant. It started with Ranjna, who made sure that she took the details of the products to send and my contact information. Within hours, Shayn came home and picked up my items. Whoever packed the items at their depot did a marvelous job. The products came unharmed because of it. I saw the way it was getting handled, and know that my products survived because of the way it was packaged professionally. I am not kidding that it took me a good 45 minutes to get at the items. Spiders don't cocoon their prey more thoroughly. I needed to ship it to another province in Canada, and they found a great ground transport for this purpose that met my criteria - Loomis. Since the time was clashing with my appointments, they spoke with Loomis and made sure that they held the package in their warehouse until I was ready to receive them. All in all, a wonderful set of people who did their best at all levels. I wish them great growth and would recommend them for anyone to go to.

Failed to disclose important cross-border information that led to several days delay for what was to be an overnight shipment. Dishonest: quoted a rate with insurance, then when asked for without, didn't change the price. While on the phone to investigate the delay, actually switched from the junior person to a senior person and when called out on it, claimed there was no switch. Simply should not be running a small business. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few minutes to the FedEx airport location on Aylmer Rd.

The service we received at this location was spectacular and exceeded our expectations. The manager, Jasleen, assisted us in returning an item bought online, when the return label was not scannable and broken. Would highly recommend this location if shipping or using their other services.

That is one of the best shipping operations offices i've dealt with. Lovely ladies not only provided me with all necessary information but also helped in delicate situation regarding my package. Would rate 10 out of 5 if i could.Strongly recommend!Upd. Helped me twice. 15/5

I shipped a couple of boxes to US from this location. They insisted that I needed insurance for the value I wanted to declare and that the systems would not allow then to ship without insurance. I was pressed for time and agreed to pay extra. It turned out that they shipped with a faster and more expensive services, when I specifically asked for ground shipping. That's why the price was much higher. I will not be using this location again.

Had a recent pleasant experience here. Came by to drop off a package for return to Amazon and the 2 ladies working were busy and just told me to leave package on the table and assured me that they would scan the package as soon as they were done. I was skeptical as I never got a receipt so I checked online for tracking only minutes later and sure enough it was already scanned.

Arrived on Fri June 22nd @ 523pm. Two other customers waiting in front of a closed shop. Hours stipulate 5:30pm. Nothing but a bunch of slackers. Can't meet your SLA because your lazy, should be shutdown permanently for business. Do NOT come here.

Worst service. I have paid $70 for express and fast fed ex shipment, as the documents need to be delivered next day and they have not handed until next day evening to the driver for pick up..what the use of tasking priority shipment service
