Great service at a reasonable price. Totally saved us when we were on our 2nd day of a long vacation and had a pipe burst. They took care of everything. We have used them on several occasions and wouldn't think of choosing another company.

I was having drainage problems at a new townhouse I moved into and called Grondin Plumbing for help. I was able to schedule an appointment a couple days later and received great service! I had all my drains cleaned and he even tightened my shower head that was leaking. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We've used M. Grondin and their parent company for a full bathroom reno and a furnace service. We are so happy with our bathroom. The tub and the finishes are great quality. The plumber fixed our water pressure issues in that shower so that it no longer blasted us. No damage to any walls while carrying the large tub up a tight stairwell - impressive! Plumbers were courteous and professional and job was done quickly. Will definitely use again.

I needed a new hot water tank for my house and Grondin plumbing was able to come with a new tank and install it. Shawn was very professional and quick. The service from the office was friendly and the quote provided was accurate and reasonable. Would use them again.

The office staff is super polite. Had to use them a couple of times for emergencies. They are true to their word and on time. They have also given referrals and names for other non-plumbing related home improvement work. Professional and good crew!

An incredibly dishonest company. The quote didn't even cover the cost of the piping hence the final cost after they won the contract and completed the job was more than double. Make sure you get a hard quote in writing before dealing with these people.Wow, they must have hired a bunch of people to give them good reviews... all in the last year or so.

They were very price competitive, while providing lots of advice to ensure I chose the appropriate products for my price point while meeting my functional and design requirements of my project.I would highly recommend them. 5 star rating.

Not one to usually post reviews, but felt this was well deserved. Had a hot water tank pump give out in our office building’s mechanical room and water was spraying everywhere (thankfully someone heard the hissing noise outside!). A quick call to Grondin and within two hours the problem was taken care of. I’ve worked with these guys for over 15 years on residential and commercial projects, from changing a washroom sink to complete rebuilds and without exception, the service from both the admin team and the service crews has been exceptional. So, a well deserved, and long overdue acknowledgement.

Very professional and quality work from this company. They did our kitchen, bathroom and en suite fixture instal and replaced all our old pipes. Shelly in the office was very helpful ordering all our fixtures and finding us the best prices.
