They were amazing, they helped me with all my needs. The staff is amazing they even loaded up my car for me and made sure it was covered properly so my trunk wasnt full of top soil. The service was so amazing I went back the week After for more. I could of gone near my home but the quality and service won me over. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Cannot return 1 cubic yard waste bags due to covid? How wasteful that all that plastic will end up in landfills. How about you come up with another plan to better suit the environment if you're too afraid of a virus.Plus the staff are just plain rude.

Installed Petersen's Turf myself along with the help of my 13 year old and their grass is the best. We laid down 140 rolls June 25 and it looks magnificent still 30 days later!

We ordered 10 yards of topsoil and 75 rolls of sod and after following Petersen's instructions our sod is almost completely dead after just 2 weeks. Petersen's then had the nerve to blame the damage on my 9 pound dogs urine. NEVER have i ever heard of such BS. CONSUMERS BEWARE of Petersen's Turf Farm, if I could give them a ZERO STAR i would have. Time to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

After being put on hold for 15 minutes I hung up and called back and was put back on hold. Called back a third time, the receptionist tried to put me on hold again, so i said please dont put me on hold again" and she said too bad. We are all busy

I was very disappointed to find out that this family owned farm business does not care enough for the environment to re use their well made soil bags and they simply let it go to the landfill. I sincerely hope this business decision is reconsidered.

I am truly disappointed with the service at Peterson’s. On multiple occasions I have pre ordered my sod as instructed by Peterson’s 2-3 days before pickup, only to show up and my order is not ready. The staff are extremely rude and don’t seem to care about their customers. They have lost my business I highly recommend getting your sod elsewhere if your looking to get it on time and kind and thought full staff.A word to the wise Peterson’s, Learn to admit when your wrong and get better organized. We are trying to run a business and your lack of care and organization impacts more then just yourselves.

While they have great quality sod SOMETIMES, their punctuality and professionalism lacks extremely. The guy operating the tractor is definitely a drunkard who shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers. He's either completely hammered or just the rudest guy I've seen in a while. Probably both because he does emit a raunchy smell of cheap rum. Learn to deal better with customers and you won't keep getting such negative reviews.And watch out for the older woman in the shack at the entrance. She's not the friendliest either. Make sure not to interrupt her important phone calls with business for their company. She doesn't like that. (I would've drove off but I had to pay for my order)

Worst experience I’ve ever had spending my money somewhere…. Office lady was VERY rude! Then the fork lift driver placing the order in my vehicle was also very rude! I hope the sod is worth my troubles and at least grows after all that!
