Value Buds West Lethbridge

I went into valuables today to pick up a joint, and I was greeted by a very nice woman name, Kaitlyn sorry if I didn’t spell it, rightMake sure to go in there and grab some joints and she makes the experience great

i have really enjoyed value buds in the past. price is good, bud is good, friendly staff.purchased one of those vape pods today and when i pulled it out, it was very clearly sticky and so was the cotton inside the tube it was in. took it back and they wouldnt even let me exchange it or offer a refund. the employee said they cant do anything unless it looks faulty, but it does look that way and its obvious the seal is not keeping the stuff inside, making it faulty. this is the only issue ive had with any dispensary in the area. a clearly leaky pod is not faulty" enough i guess. been a pretty steady customer since the west side location opened

I am a 32 year old First Nations Man. I buy from this store every other day. Yesterday, December 3 2021, around 5:50 to 6:00pm. I was there to buy a large quantity for the weekend. As I am getting ready to pay for the product, the employee asks to see my identification. No problem, I show him my I.D. and he tells its expired and invalid, but he will still sell me the bag this time. At this point, I'm a little surprised, because this is the same I.D. I've used at this store DOZENS of times with zero issues. The employee asks me if I am still interested in buying, and I think about it. Why did he offer to sell me the product if my Identification is invalid? I think the employee just wanted to inconvenience and humiliate me in front of other employees and customers without losing a sale. If I.D. is invalid shouldn't any sale of cannabis be refused? Yet he offered to sell me this one even though the I.D I gave was expired. I left the store without purchasing anything, and I will not be going to this store any longer.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences at the Nova Cannabis store. The store's entrance can be deceiving because it's new and has two entrances. Once you're in the store, you can recycle your cannabis containers, something other stores do not have available. The store layout is very welcoming. I like that the inventory is not only posted on the walls, but available for viewing through the display as well.The staff here are very nice and extremely up to date on their cannabis knowledge. This location will also price match other locations, so there isn't really a reason not to come here, unless they don't have the strain you're looking for on that particular day.Thanks Nova Cannabis!

Had an excellent experience when I visited this store. Highly impressed with everything at the person who ran the show (David) was highly knowledgeable, and is a very good asset to the team. I am definitely coming here again! Customer experience was very phenomenal. Highly recommended!

The guy who manages this place is a clown and same w the chick who works here!!! They have both checked my iD 20 times each, I’m 30…they know who I am very clearly each time and do not make me feel comfortable. Power tripping losers get a life

I enjoy shopping at this location as the staff is helpful and friendly, this store has a good selection of products to choose from and when you enter the store you are greeted right away by the staff. Location is convenient to stop in at on the way home from work.
