Our families first time watching the Pan American tournament on Canada Day.It was a great experience, and the children loved it. Highly recommend!Great positive atmosphere.

Had a fantastic day at Spruce yesterday with my family! We go every single year and it was wonderful to see how busy it was after the last 3 years of Covid. The prices for admission are back down to $5 for general which is nice. The food was pretty good at the concession stands outside the international ring but I wish they added the pierogies back since those were always delicious. Another thing to note is that the pony ride section looks a little lacking when they used to do it behind the southwest grandstands where they were under trees. The set up yesterday looked like a ‘live’ merry-go-round. Besides those changes it was a beautiful day and so happy to watch the competitions in person again. Lastly the concert was a lovely touch to the end of yesterday.

Great day, lots of interesting things to do, awesome show jumping withe the Queen Elizabeth Cup. Good parking for handicapped, and also good access for wheelchair visitors…recommend

I enjoyed visiting this place a lot, a territory is huge and it is really beautiful. As for tournament, it was really nice and well organized. Really worth visiting

Christmas lights are fun. If you are in Calgary its a must see. Just check their hours as its only open for certain days and time. Its free so watch out for line up as it could be a lot. Enough parking space if you want to walk around. Over all highly recommended. Kids had a lot of fun and if its cold just grab your coffee & snacks and drive along to enjoy the lights. Beautiful facility in S.W. Calgary. A great place to watch horse races as well as national level soccer games, all at low cost. Spruce Meadows staff are extremely friendly, and there is always someone around to help you figure out where you’re going! Highly recommended.

There are events during the year which are not just horse related. While the horses are amazing, kids don't always appreciate the horse performances. Overall I love the grounds, there is always a shady spot to sit and take a break, LOTS of space to find your 'own' spot to have a picnic lunch, food and drink vendors. The grounds are beautiful and always changing. Entrance for a family doesn't cost a fortune. If you want to do something different check them out.

Another wonderful day at Spruce Meadows yesterday as we watched combinations from around the world compete at the RBC Grand Prix of Canada. A close competition that went to a jump off between two riders.Also displays and demonstrations from the Calgary Police Services and Ambulance. Thank you to all the first responders and all that you do for us.Plus the $5 admission price definitely made it family affordable.

It was a beautiful and stunning evening with all Christmas theme lights on every tree and facilities. Large parking area as well. Who ever did this surely, did an excellent job to put up those lights. From my opinion, this place is well managed. Good job!

Was such a pleasure to help provide technology and backline here for the first time that Spruce Meadows ever hosted a large live music event with a large portable stage, backline, amplifiers, line arrays, and six zones of sound! Security staff were very helpful and congenial. Thanks so much, hope to be back!!
