I wish I could give no stars.One of the most unpleasant personality I've ever seen in my life. Very arrogant and rude with discriminative behavior. Doesn't respect the customer, keeps talking on the phone about personal matters while he has a client in his store. On top of everything, he charged me much more than original shipping cost. The same package on meest website costs me 25$ and he said I don't know how you get that. You have to pay me 35$. I contacted meest office in Ontario and they said the price would be 25$ but they can't do anything because the guy in Montréal is working for himself. I highly recommend not to go there unless you want to be humiliated and disturbed. There is an other Russian shop in queen Mary that does the same service .2 very nice and helpful ladies there.

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I was there today 5 minutes before closing, excellent service, patiently waiting for me to finish, explained and showed everything, I appreciate it

Best service to send a parcel to Ukraine, but the worst one to send somewhere else, especially to Israel. The parcel estimated in Canada as 75 CAD and sent in the beginning of October by air arrived to Israel in the middle of November with new estimation of 70 Euro (see service twice cheaper and takes same time). Now the recipients must pay additional fees and taxes. Moreover, no delivery to the recipient is provided. Just advise, never use them except deliveries to Ukraine

I want to say thank You for the excellent service and help starting from right packing solutions and to the every right choices made to get my parcel to Odessa . It was just kids clothes and toys, but so important to my Family!!! Thank You Vasili!!! I highly recommend to use the service!!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Representative was very arrogant and not helpful even we mention this parcel is addressed to Ukrainian refugee in Austria. Tried the reach out on Saturday. No answer, voicemail is full despite Google shows that office is open from 10 to 12.

I've been here many times to ship packages to the Ukraine and have never ever had a problem. Yes the office is not big or pretty but it gets the job done and fulfills my needs. If you're looking to ship packages to the Ukraine at low costs, this is the place to go.

I have been going to MEEST on Belanger St. for years. Bill has been accommodating and helpful. His knowledge about the contents of the boxes has been educating and his advice has been always spot-on. Great to deal with him regarding the boxes we send!!
