Edit: this was one of the two lawyers recommended by our realtor. Picked this one because they are more expensive and we thought 'you get what you paid for'.did a simple sale transaction with this firm. as the client, had to initiate most of the correspondences. lack of updates/guidance during the process. all communications go through an administrator, never reaching the lawyers directly - playing broken telephone. lack transparency in their fees / statement of account was provided only upon request. felt rushed and lack of guidance leading up to the final signing. overall a trying disappointing experience for a straightforward transaction. had much better experience with other real estate lawyers.
