The jr cheeseburger delux SLAPS and is pretty cheep. This location in particular is always quite friendly and clean, plus I enjoy the fresh look of the new build. I did find when it’s very busy it’s a lot louder than it used to be when it had the carpet, but it’s to be expected. 10/10 will come back.

Music is too loud staff cannot hear orders making customers repeat many times. Music is for back ground not entertaining staff.

One month ago I left a review regards a drive through order. I ordered an apple pecan salad and a chili. When I got home to eat joy my meal there were no pecans, no spoon or fork, two knives , no napkins and one dressing.After leaving the review I was contacted by Wendy’s store manager and was apologized to and offered food vouchers and would be send via mail. I gave her my mailing address and she mentioned should receive it in 10days or less.I didn’t receive anything in the mail from Wendy’s after three weeks, so i emailed the store manager regards the no mailed vouchers, no response.Conclusion, customers don’t matter. Customer serve is not important and promises are meant to be broken. Sad.

Convinced this place and the Tim Hortons down the road on Windsor are owned by the same people because they're hiring people who are incapable of taking orders and serving them in less than 10-15 minutes at a drive thru, or making the right order with the right ingredients or serving it warm - I mean probably due to poor training and management standards but still..I hope they either start taking the slightest but of time to train their employees or staff people who actually care about doing stuff the right way but judging by how the Tims hasn't improved in years, nor has this location since opening - I'm not hopeful.Only good thing about this place is the ability to drive away when you're sick of waiting in line.

I love Wendy's, but my second time to this location, first was fairly rough, but fast food is what you get most the time.However my second visit... Like common, seriously disgusted.

Horrible service ever since the reopening after the fire!I try not to go there but when I do cause I don’t feel live driving to valleyview it just reminds me why not to go there! Just stopped tonight on my way to work, ordered a Dave’s single with cheese! No cheese, lettuce or tomato! Horrible service also

Wendy's makes incredible burgers and their coupons are clear and concise. Wendy's doesn't cut corners which is why their patties are perfectly square!

So many times this location has forgot or messed up my order thru skip or doordash. Finally I called to complain and got called a liar. Terrible location can't recommend less

Three times “ran out” of breakfast items by 10 am. Told me to come earlier. Don’t advertise breakfast until 10:30 am then. Order is wrong or items forgotten. I will go to other locations from now on.
