I started using Zen in late 2021 and highly recommend them. Of course I have a couple of people on their team that are my favourites but the entire team is responsive and does a GREAT job. And if there are ever any issues (some of which I have caused myself by forgetting to book them) they are quick to help, correct,...whatever the situation requires!

I bought a house in the Peterborough area where the previous owners had a pet and didn't really maintain the home. I was very worried about cleaning the house before moving in. Moreover, getting rid of the dog hair.Zen Home and Cottage Cleaning did a fantastic job. If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I would. I am extremely grateful and beyond impressed of how clean my home is.The communication is amazing and was in touch for weeks prior to the clean.
