I'd been lazy with my hair since before Christmas and hadn't wanted to spend the money to get it cut since I knew it was just going under a hat most days. But decided it was time to get a cut yesterday and went to my favorite barbershop and told Penny I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with the floppy mop of hair I had. She asked me, can I just do something with it?" I said sure and she worked her magic. I'm super happy and it's a little change from what I've done for the last 20 years or so!"

I saw Raven and am so happy with the cut she gave me. I've wanted to grow my hair out and she was able to give me a haircut that will help me achieve that, she also let me know what to expect as it grows out, how it would look after washing it the next day, and reassured me about different things about my hair.I had one of the best experiences at a salon in my entire life. I also love how the owner has incorporated her family history in the decor as well. My random choice of a salon to get my hair cut was one of the best decisions I could make. I had no idea at the time I found Union online that I knew the owner growing up. I want the owner to know that she has created an amazing business. I'm usually really nervous to get my hair cut but I said to myself before going that Kathy would only hire really good stylists and I knew I was in good hands.Thank you Union & Raven for helping to make my first cut since August an awesome experience.
