Best Western Premier Winnipeg East

This is the best place so far I have stayed in Winnipeg. I would have given 5 stars but there were just a few small problems. Upon arrival, we moved the ottoman in our room and found dirty socks and a bunch of candy nerds on the floor. It was clear housekeeping did not move the ottoman to clean. Second. Our room got missed when housekeeping was needed. Inhad to ask the front desk to please send housekeeping up to clean. We did set up the days when we checked in, but it didn't get done. For the best parts. Free breakfast includes an awesome omelet bar. It also has eggs and all of the stuff that many hotels offer. Not many in Winnipeg offer the free breakfast. The pool was relaxing except at night. The kids are in the pool then. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. With the exception of a few kids in the hallway, it was fairly quiet. Awesome shower and the people at the desk are awesome as well. The Bistro downstairs is also wonderful. If you are looking for a place to stay I highly recommend this hotel. Stop scrolling and book it now.

Great price value for what you get at the hotel. Gym is super clean and not used by a lot of people, but the pool is quite popular and busy any time of the day!

This is a beautiful hotel. I really liked the atmosphere (decor, finishings, lighting, furniture, art pieces). Very clean also, and I didn't really hear any noises from my room. Great service from staff. The continental breakfast was really good. I will be staying here again.

Amazing hotel. Great breakfast, lots of variety. Very clean. Comfy bed and spacious room. Reason i gave 4 star is because the pool has a very strong chlorine smell was hurting my kids and my lungs. We were coughing and eyes burning.

Incredible hospitality, clean rooms, a great high-quality breakfast, an awesome restaurant downstairs - what more could you ask for? If you were looking for a place to stay in Winnipeg, consider this location. I was incredibly impressed with the staff, and the hotel itself. There’s a bunch of fast food in close proximity to the hotel. It is about a 30 minute drive from the airport to the hotel.

I am sitting here eating breakfast, our 3 hotel from a 4 day move across Canada. I cannot express how amazing this hotel is!It’s clean. It’s modern. It’s quiet. The pool… it’s AMAZING!!! Our kids sat for 8 hours and to let them just finally have fun and swim and slide it made my mom heart so happy! The pool is fabulous!The beds are comfy! Room large and lovely! Our pets welcomed! And then breakfast… I was expecting a mediocre breakfast since it’s included but man… it was SO YUMMY! I cannot recommend this hotel more!Only fault we found was low water pressure in the shower.

This was a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Our stay was comfortable and the hotel has many amenities which made it feel like a home away from home. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. Breakfast was amazing; Loved the omlette bar and the breakfast lady making them was so kind! All areas of the hotel were clean and cared for and every staff we had contact with was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care about our stay. My ONLY criticism is with the noisy PTAC units. I was informed they are all fairly noisy and there was likely nothing wrong with our unit. We ended up cranking the ac during the day so we could turn it off complete at night so it didn’t wake us. The room did get fairly hot but there was no other solution. For such a wonderful hotel it would certainly be in ownerships best interest to upgrade/maintain these units to really offer a premier experience. Will be back again:)

New hotel located on Regent. Clean and spacious rooms with excellent bathrooms. A wide variety of TV channels as well. Breakfast that is included is easily valued at $25. Parking on-site makes it easy to pull up and park with ease. A Beer Boutique is conveniently located on the property and offers a wide variety of local craft beers, as well as most domestic brands. Water Slide in pool is a nice touch.

This is our servings visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean, as are the hallways and dining area. The pool was good. Every staff member we encountered (front desk, housekeeping, dining area) were extremely nice and friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back, next visit to family in Winnipeg

We loved our staycation here but I guess something has changed. We called to book close to the end of the pandemic and were asking about the hot tub cause we let the kids swim while we soaked. That's why we stay. They were annoyed when we were asking about the hot tub, which I understood as they probably got asked a lot, but it's part of the job. The last time we stayed, we got flack because we needed an extra band for our sitter to watch the kids in the pool, and there were never more than four people at a time. They need to be clear on the information or rules with guests.
