They have great selection at fair prices but their customer service is outstanding. I purchased new door handles and locks for my entire home but the ones they supplied did not work and they swapped out al the locks without question. Great companies stand behind their product & try to always help the customer and that’s what they did. They will have my business for life & look forward to referring them to all my colleagues.

What a great company. I was ordering from 2.5 hours away so I could not come in store to pick my handles out for our entire house. Silvia answered my fleet of questions and was so incredibly patient and helpful. When everything arrived, we couldn't have been more pleased with the quality. The pricing was very fair and they have a great selection of awesome products. Above all else, the staff sold it for me! Would highly recommend Barcres!

I purchased quality hardware for all my closet doors from this store and received excellent customer service from Soraya. Her listening skills are amazing!! She is thorough and extremely patient when I was stuck. Soraya's clarity and knowledge made all the difference, she offered me sound advise on using Passage handles for my 8 ft French door (vs Dummy) which I know, will will save me grief down the road. Elena provided me with assistance on a broken multi-point lever.A locksmith had come to try to fix things, but ended up making the problem far worse. I took the broken lock to Barcres to try to find a similar product, but they suggested fixing things for far cheaper instead.Their expertise saved me time and money! Thank you!!

Very rarely do you call a specialty store and get excellent customer service but that is exactly what I got with Diane today. Emtek knock off but nothing like emtek.Their satin brass looks good in their showroom but it is bright yellow in natural light.They also charge 20% restocking fees.They don't cary any in stock so i could not buy one and go home to see the color.Hinges don't even match their satin brass handle.
