TRAN! Is the BEST my nails always come out perfect !! They don't chip or ruin at all!! And I'm ruff on my nails! She take the time to make sure they are all perfectly shaped!doesn't rush me !!! If ANYONE looking for a Amazing Nail SALON..look no further...I've been with Tran for a 1yr now and NEVER once have I had a problem with my nails...

Every time I get my nails done at Crystals they either chip, crack or break after the first week. I used to love going here but idk what happened with the service lately :(The woman not only cut me, but my nails were crooked, thick, and different lengths. The only reason for the review is because I went here on THREE different occasions and unfortunately each time I had another issue. (I was hoping I had someone on an off day but to be disappointed three times doesn't seem right)

Chi is my favorite. She does my nails so well, I'm not even from the area and I only go to her every couple of weeks. Clean and friendly environment. Pricing is reasonable for the great job they all do! My manicure is 2 weeks old already and they're still so cute lol

I’ve been going to Crystals for years and I have yet to find another salon that can compete with their service. I really love getting designs on my nails which is not something every nail salon or tech can do- but Crystals always finds a way to give me the best nails every time I go. Jenny is one of the best nail techs I have ever been to. She’s fast but she doesn’t rush. She takes her time to make sure each nail is filed perfectly and I never leave unhappy! Highly recommend her!!

I went for a pedicure shellac but brought my own shellac colour and top coat and they still charged the same price! Very disappointed because if I owned a nail salon I would charge for a pedicure only if someone was bringing their own shellac products. Called the owner and he said he has to pay for the workers. I understand you have to pay for the workers not disputing that, but you should only charge for a pedicure when someone is brining their own shellac products.

Awful experience and we ended up leaving . No professionalism, or consideration for peoples time. My mom had booked appointments for us to get manicures and pedicures. They ended up double booked and we were sitting there waiting for over 20 mins, and were told we would have to wait for their late staff members to get there . In addition to that would have to get pedicures and manicures separately and one person would finish and then the other person would get there’s done. It’s unfair that we booked an appointment ahead of time, came on time, and our time is not valued. Awful leadership, inconsiderate staff, and a waste of time .

There is no better nail salon! I have been coming here for 5+ years, driving over 30 minutes to see Chi - she is the best in the business. I am incredibly particular about my nails and trust no one else. Kind and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. 5 stars!

They did such a good job on my Christmas nails ! I had asked for grinch nails and they did not disappoint. They look so good I love them !!! Very clean amd professional. Very nice
