I've walked by this store so many times but never gone in. However, I've made a purchase online from them recently and was very happy with their packaging! My bag was extremely securely packed with a lot of tissue paper and within another box to prevent water damage and shifting around. Shipping to delivery was just one day. So, great shipping and great prices! Thank you very much! I will be checking your website daily for new items!!

Came off the street without appointment, to have a look at a lady date just watch they had on consignment. Was treated with respect and patience as I had a look over the watch with my fiance. Answered all questions I had quickly and accurately.

Great place to deal with. Purchased a Tag Heuer from them through a second party selling site. Perfectly smooth transaction, fast shipping and extremely well packaged. The watch is in perfect, new condition even though it was listed as preowned saving me a considerable amount of money. I've never purchased anything from this business or knew they even existed before finding the listing. I would highly recommend them.

Tried 6 times buying a bag online with my credit card. Called Modaselle as I saw there were 6 $2300 pending transactions on my card, but kept coming up error that my billing address does not match card. They said to call my bank, as they saw the transactions but said the bank was flagging it. Called the bank they had no idea why the transactions were being denied as everything matched up and blamed the vendor. This is the second time I have tried purchasing online with Modaselle and both times failure. The whole point of having a credit card is so I can earn points while shopping. Best of both worlds. But for some reason this is the only online store that rejects my card. So frustrating as I really wanted to gift a certain bag. Will strike looking at this website off my browser and look elsewhere.

Beautiful store with so many branded brand collections. The quality of their luxury stuff are amazing. I bought some lovely handbags from Gucci, Chanel and LV. I also sell my Montaigne BB, LV organizer wallet and straps here without hustle. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable about the product they sell in their store.
