Tried to fit me in for 30mins to do a wash and dry but asked me to wash my own hair before coming. It would be best to say no rather than make someone do half the work. I couldn’t make it in the morning having the flu. I called to apologize and was yelled at and she hung up on me :( sometimes people have other things in their lives and we ask to be a little empathetic and not hurt others with words.

I have had my hair done in many different salons over the years and this is the best one I have ever gone to, Tracey took the time to address my curly hair and did a fantastic job.I have now been here 4 times and I have never had a bad experience. They charge accordingly and for the money they can't be beat.And no I am not a friend or family member just a very satisfied customerKathy

Love Trax, I’m new to the area, have been 3 times. Last visit Shanna saw my vision and put purple streaks in my “Grandma” hair. Absolutely love it, feel much more like myself. Highly recommend!!!

Jody and her team are wonderful! I take my Mom there every two weeks for a wash & style and they make her feel like a Queen!I recently had a cut and highlights and am very happy!! Local (Craighurst) and super friendly atmosphere!! Highly recommend!!
