Bathroom was a disaster toilet broken. Kiosk broken. Out of ice. Completely forgot our order. Once we finally got the food it was dry and a mess in the box. Had to fish all the toppings out of the box.

It was messy and the employees were rude the front was a disaster almost every table was dirty , and there was no clean table in the reaturant , we had to clean a table our selfs in order to dine in , we got asked to pay 40 cents for a packet of mayo unbelievable and no impressed , the manager should be fired or demoted

Worst meal ever. Incorrect billing x 2.Meal was poorly made, barely warm. They forgot the bacon. I had to ask for ketchup. One pack had something sticky all over it. The burger was barely warm.

Starting from the arrival; parking lot and access just weird, getting to and from 2A around the gas pumps feels like it was poorly planned. Go inside, men's sink not working. Ordering was fine, staff friendly, food was as expected. Sat down to eat, my son's chair made a sound worse than nails on a chalkboard moving it on the floor. Space was very cramped, sat against the window and had to shimmy up and then squeeze between two tables to get out (no, I'm not obese) and while we were there it appeared staff on break were sitting in two different spots - in a restaurant with very little space. Definitely room to improve the experience.

Service is always fast and friendly at the drive thru, but the inconsistencies with the beverages is disgusting. My iced coffee had no cane syrup in it and husband's coffee had no sweetener.
