Done right roofing was so helpful, from the time I called in for a quote right up until the end of the install and clean up. Darcy was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable knowing that we could trust done right roofing with such an important investment in our home. The crew was also very professional and did an excellent job with the clean up! And last but not least the girls in the office were also very polite and helpful! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I used this company to install new roofing. All went out well. Chris and the crew were always on times, very receptive with my requests and standards of care. On the right side of the house there is a garden, flower beads, rocks and a pathway. The crew and team lead Muhabi were careful when working around this area to set up the ladder, disposing the old roofing, etc.; they cleaned up after the job was complete. Choosing a company to do our new roof was a bit intimidating at first, until we were recommended by a friend to use Done Right Roofing. I did some research on roofing company's in Calgary and Done Right Roofing had great reviews and they have been around for along time. From the start of our experience we were very pleased with the exceptional customer service. Darcy presented a binder that covered all the details of the install, the cost and the products they offered. The office staff was very organized and the crew was there right on time, they were able to complete the roof the same day and the clean up was flawless. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone looking for a new roof!

Our family used Done Right Roofing to replace our roof last spring. Chris from Done Right was very helpful. He was patient with me while i collected my various quotes and waited for my funding to come through. He explained things thoroughly, worked within my budget, and ultimately notified my about the city rebate program which i hadn't known about and was able to get me money back for my install. Chris provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. When the roofing job was complete the guys had left some debris in the eaves and on my property, Chris had a guy come back within the day to come and clean all of that up for me. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company. They are fairly priced and offer great quality.

Horiable company Sherene is very rude and knows nothing about roofing. For the money I spent I could have had many other good roofing companies in Calgary. Shame on Sherene taking advantage of a senior citizen.

We had the pleasure of having Done Right Roofing install our roof for us and have to say, my husband and I are both pleased and very impressed with each step of the process as well as the final product. I sent Done right a quote request online, after doing some googling of different roofing company's in calgary, and from the very first phone call with Amanda, to the general manager Darcy coming out to measure our roof and give us our quote, to the installation process with Done right's crew (who are not subcontracted, rather full employee's, as explained by Darcy), I can't express enough how thrilled we are with the completed product of our investment. Amanda was polite and friendly, and very easy to deal with, Darcy was knowledgeable and respectable, and helped me to understand the process and the shingles offered, and the men in the crew were efficient and cleaned up well. I feel very good about recommending Done Right Roofing to anyone looking for quality, knowledge, and a great warranty as well!

Very pleased with the service of Done Right Roofing provided us repairing our roof. They were polite, courteous and very professional. The crew truly does the work right. I would truly love to recommend them.

The quality of work is great! The professionalism of the crew was not what we were sold in the intitial sales pitch. They showed up late and sat in their vechile for 20-30 mins prior to starting work, brought their kids to the work site, didn't clean up the yard after each night my husband had too. Disappeared on the first day without a work left their equipment out assumed they were on a break, but would have been nice to know. When I called our contact I was told to trust the process. Bin wasn't picked up for a week, invoice sent in the morning got a call a couple of hours later for payment. Before the inspection! The Crew put their ladder on my flowers and the garbage from the job was thrown into my flower bed, a piece of my rose bush was broke off. At least they didn't charge us the $400 for putting stuff in the bin.....Does my roof look nice yes! Is the quality good yes, no question the workmanship is great! the professionalism and communication asspect of it all was not as it was inticiall came across. We where told 2-3 weeks, we were called within days saying the material would be dropped off in the morning, bin dropped off in the afternoon. for the amount of money that was spent, I expected more commincation and professionalism for them. If I had to do it all again I'd have gone with a different company.
