I've given these guys multiple chances to do work for us. They're consistently MONTHS later than they say they will be, not open when they say they will be and a complete waste of oxygen. DO NOT bring anything here for repair. According to the staff this is all the bosses fault. Way to go Dennis! Can't believe you're still in business.They also screen their calls, called 5 times from our landline without an answer and then from a random cell phone. They answered the cell phone.This is by far the WORST customer service experience EVER.

Had my laptop power cable break right before a trip. Techbox was able to repair it on short notice. While I doubt the repair would have held up for a long time (something they were clear about), it was enough to keep my laptop going until a new cord could arrive. Overall the service was fast and effective with no surprises.

I dropped off my 3ds with its case and a few games to get the screen repaired, was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks for parts, ended up being about 4 months.Once the parts came he preceded to tell me it would be rdy in a day or 2 for the next 3 months. After I went to finally pick it up he tells me he has lost my ds and gsmes.Very unprofessional business. I would avoid bringing ur electronics here.

Due to medical I was unable to drop off my iPhone for repair so Denis went above and beyond by swinging by my place to pick it up. As promised it was repaired and returned the next day. It is truly professional to do what you can for your customers. Techbox Electronic is truly Mobile when needed.

Can’t express how happy I am with Dennis’s work after bringing in my wife’s iPhone 6 that she thought was bricked. Had it up and running the next day and very reasonably priced. Now she can get her photo dump off that phone of our first and I look like a hero. Thanks so much guys!!!

Had my phone screen repaired here. Phone works great after, with no issues. They made it very clear when the parts would be arriving, and when it would be available to pick up. My phone was ready on time as promised!I would consult Techbox again, for their expertise on phones, and any other electronic device.

Came for screen repair, they broke my home button and replaced it with whatever is available in the market, now my touch sensor doesn't work! Should have read more reviews before coming to them.
