I love this place! I’m only giving four stars because the girl that was serving us was very rude! I can’t remember her name but, she was wearing a necklace with a name ( not in English) . I don’t know why she was so angry with herself.We were fortunate however. Another lady started serving us and was very pleasant.

Really nice servers! Thai bites were surprisingly great and I really enjoyed the shrimp tacos. Great atmosphere. It was quite busy but our server was attentive and checked in on us often. Will definitely go back again.

Walked in on Sat June 3 , 2023 and just wanted a couple of pints of beer.Bar was empty, waiter asked what we wanted and ordered 2 Rickards Red draft.I asked the bar tender how much and he gets out a calculator and punches a few buttons ....then says $ 34 !!!!!!!!!!!I give him $ 40 and he asks me if I want the change !I never did get a receipt and will talk to the manager if that as some kind of a joke.$ 35 for two small pints plus a $ 5 tip ????

So, we never actually dined in but had take out many times. We always got the meal deal with the carnivore pasta, caesar salad and perogy pizza. The food was always good and fresh. The meal deal is truly worth it for 45$. We get at least 2 days worth of food.

They're not even trying. It gets worse once you ask for a manager- Managers speak to you as though you are lucky to be there & to have their attention. Eye rolls. Laissez faire.Customers here are treated as an inconvenience.Why other Boston Pizzas are better than this one? (Vieux Hull ++!!)Other Boston Pizzas have caring, competent, happy employees. You taste it in the food, from freshly changed oil to how hot your food is served. The patience and attention the staff give ELSEWHERE is impeccable.Why are La Gappe location employees too good for their customers?Do not recommend.

The pizza was decent but everything else that we ordered was pretty cold which was upsetting. Also the wait time to get attended to and to get our food was ridiculous… I do however understand that they may have been short staffed but being acknowledged would have been the least they could have done especially after we noticed that their entire group of servers were catering to a birthday group… anyhow I was not impressed

Very dissapointed with our order. Officially the world's smallest smoked meat sandwich, chicken fettuccine was mediocre..sauce was blend and chicken didn't have any seasoning. My son liked his pizza-getti. Highly doubt I'll be ordering from this location again.

i have gone there for the first time to have a beer/20 oz! 18.75$!i will not recommend your place!c est un vol!usualy in gatineau it,s betwee 8 and 13$!not impressed!
