Went in there for a suit alteration. Mr Hajji is an expert and a very nice man. He fixed a mess that another tailor made when shortening the sleeve of my $1000+ suit jacket and also tapered my suit jacket arms to give it the perfect fit. He did it for a reasonable price and in one day since I was in a hurry. Will definitely be going back for any future alterations!

Had 2 winter coats dry cleaned and fixed. Came back a week later for pick up and they looked great. Both were worn for 1 day and the same problems on both coats came back. I paid over $100 for the service just to find it was for nothing. Customer service is great and courteous but wll not go back.

I've had 2 suits tailored here and have been extremely pleased with the results. Ask for Haji. He tailored both of the suits and he does them perfectly. Strongly recommend taking your clothing here for tailoring, don't waste time anywhere else!

I had an alteration for a luxury suit done here and I am very pleased with the result. Masterful tailoring as their name would suggest. The staff are extremely helpful and know exactly what they are doing. The work seems to be done by a small team consisting of the owner himself and a few other seamstresses who all contribute to their collective expertise

I brought two of coats, BOTH BRAND NEW, one costing $336 and the other costing $250 to this cleaner, they were super nice people and service was great until I picked up my coats today. The coat costing $336 was visibly damaged and both of the owners told me that I brought in a dirty jacket, that they cannot remove all stains, they are not in charge of the machine used and they are not inside of the machine either to see if it damages coats. They also explained that their machine has damaged other people’s items and they cannot do anything for that. That this is my problem. In addition, another customer came to pick up his coat and I asked him to look at the jacket. He told both myself and the owner’s wife that my jacket is visibly damaged while her husband grabbed his item from the back. When I explained this to the owner (husband) after he dealt with said customer, his wife denied the customer said anything to her. I expressed to them that my coat costs $336 and they must compensate me as my jacket was brand new when I bought it in with no stains or damages. They told me that they were not going to compensate me and that they were not at fault. This is absolutely ridiculous, I will not being using them again, neither will I recommend anyone to them.

Very friendly service! Truly experienced at their craft, they sized me for some shirts that I had that were too big very quickly and efficiently. They also fixed my gloves which I accidentally blew up with a potato cannon (don't ask lol). Everything was ready for pick up when they said it would be. Couldn't be any happier. Don't hesitate, stop reading reviews, just come in! You've found the right place.

Master Tailor & Cleaners provides amazing services and reasonable pricing. If you are in need of cleaning, alterations, and custom suits this is the place to go. I've been going to them for 10 years and they have never disappointed me. They altered my store bought suit and made it seem custom made (posted photo). No doubt I would refer them!

I brought 2 of my favorite pairs of work pants here to have the zippers repaired. Went back a couple days later and they were like new. Very friendly service here. Highly recommend!

I have used many tailors in the past for my suits but Master Tailor is phenomenal.I started using Master Tailor after being referred by a colleague of mine. As a Physician I need to make sure my suits are cleaned well, and custom tailored to my preference. Hajjy, the owner of Master Tailor is outmost respectful, kind and professional. He has always served my wife and I very well.Master Tailor does an excellent job. I have recommended Master Tailor to all of my patients in the Greater Toronto Area and can only speak highly of them. Recently had a jacket zipper which was replaced here. Over the phone I was advised $25.00 upon arrival store manager looked at me and right away I knew he will increase the price. Ended up paying $40.00. I did not get the old zipper back and since the driver was in and it was a metal zip I am 1000% certain it will be reused for someone else. Also the zipper replaced was plastic instead of metal. The price of alteration was the price of the jacket so I will not be going back. However it was a good enough job for me to cut my losses. I’ve read reviews and 100% agree. You are charged on how the manager feels that day. My cousin came here and he was told “just for you as first time customer 20% off” I didn’t get that. Also a customer infront of me was told we take cash only (upon pick up) and I had paid debit when dropping the item off. Seems like a way to save on taxes. I don’t know, I personally won’t be going back but suit yourself. Shady overall. Then again it is Scarborough.
