I came from out of province and needed an inspection on my car. Casey was amazing, I called around for quotes and they were a very good price, they got the inspection done very quickly and the reinspection after repairs was painless and took no time at all. Very professional, cheers!

I brought my 2010 Nissan Pathfinder in for work and an out of province inspection. Dave was very transparent on what work needed to be done to pass inspection, so we ordered the parts and Casey was very helpful in communicating with me the timeline of the arrival and the next day I can come in to get the work done. After they worked on my vehicle they were able to save me some money on the overall cost. I definitely recommend Banno Auto Repair for any work needing to done on your vehicle. Some of the best service I've ever received from an auto shop!

This shop has amazing customer service and are extremely efficient, honest and fairly priced. My brakes stopped working late in the afternoon and they were able to get my vehicle in the next morning to be diagnosed and it was fully repaired the following day as parts had to be ordered. My car is now safe to drive and I’m confident as well as happy in the work provided and overall experience.

What a great repair shop!They booked me for an appointment for out of Province inspection on the SAME DAY.They communicated with me at every step, clearly and with transparency.Their prices can never be beaten. Lowest I found in the city.They were fair in their assessment but flexible and reasonable with policies.It's my new favorite mechanic shop.Highly recommended!!

Wouldn’t even recommend to anyone, had my engine replacement gasoline starting to leak in road had my life safe by another driver, changed my windshield wiper apparently control everything is failure paid about 700$ broken within month send my girlfriend to change thermostat and they charge extra. Not sure what’s liable work is done in there

Brought my car in for an out of province inspection today and had the best service from his front desk receptionist and Dave! They were super friendly and professional. They accommodated the service in just a couple hours. Will 100% recommend anyone doing an out of province inspection here!!

I’ve been going to banno for over 2 years now. About a year an half ago I brought my car in for an issue because I noticed it was shaking when I was driving it on the highway. They told me that the spark plugs needed to be fix. Since then I have went back over 5 different times for the same issue, and they always end up telling me that something different needs to be replaced. The last time I went there, after having my car for two days and not knowing what’s wrong with it, they told me that they noticed the transmission shaking. I took my car to a transmission shop after that and they said that there has been a problem with my transmission for a while now. I feel incredibly robbed from Banno they have got over 3k from me in the past 2 years, telling me that it’s always some small issue when all along it’s been the transmission. The mechanics there clearly have no clue what they’re doing. Do not go here or trust them!
