My partner and I are extremely happy with our experience with Property Hound, particularly with Herman Chu. He was recommended to us by a mutual colleague. He met all of our expectations, and was very straightforward, and direct with us. He always had our best interests at heart and was very knowledgeable when offering advice, he saw every detail through until we got the keys and still followed up in case we had any questions. Property Hound specializes in finding pet friendly properties, which was very useful since we have a small puppy. We are deeply satisfied with our new home and our puppy likes it too.

Raymond Ow and his team are incredible. We 1st met Raymond and Herman at one of the many pet shows we have in our city.It started with Raymond helping us find a place to lease. We told him what we were looking for, and within hours we were sent listings to choose from. He is flexible with his times and always gives professional advice whenever we had a dilemma on a property. We never had any problems communication wise as he went above and beyond our expectations... and this was for a lease!A year later (2016) we decided to buy and who better to call than Raymond. To say Bryan Foo went above and beyond for me and my wife would be the understatement of the year. At the time of our purchase we had an upcoming wedding and were expecting the birth of our first child. Time is something we did not have an abundance of. Talking to him and knowing his background made me confident he was the right person for the job. After my experience, I apologize to all other realtors I now know he is the right person for every job. The whole process took only 5 days to find our perfect condo. We were pre approved for our Mortgage Tuesday, after a conversation with both me and my wife we had appointments booked on Wednesday for viewings on Thursday. Friday we put an offer in and were accepted and finalized on the Saturday. Everyone of our requirements checked off the list and we got it for asking price without any bidding wars. I cannot sing his praises enough and also I have referred him to all my friends and family.
