Separating price from experience, this store is great. Very personable staff and very knowledgeable. Price wise, anything pet seems to be expensive. Our food used to be $79 and in 2 years we're at $120 now. I'm excited to see if Petsmart opening creates some competitive pricing.

Great customer service! Just adopted an 8 year old bulldog with some issues and a staff member was more than helpful for getting me set up with everything I needed. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help.

This store used to be great. Haven't seen Kim in some time now, but she was fantastic. The current staff I have encountered have no knowledge of the products they sell, offer no assistance in finding products, have terrible attitudes to go along with looking completely miserable. Don't bother asking a question about anything, you'll be treated as an inconvenience. There are plenty of pet stores in town that are more than willing to order in products if they don't carry them. I'll take my business to one of those instead.

Hard to say. They never seem to be fully stocked and I find the customer service a bit lack lustre. We still have found many products that we love here though and do try to return for those items.

The store itself is fine, it's just there this one lady whom always looks upset when I walk in. I come in about once a month for Farrett food and I've yet to have a pleasant" interaction with her. That's not to say she's been rude or anything

Great service !!! Gina helped me find an appropriate food for my dog recently diagnosed with some food allergies. She took the time to read through ingredients. I am very thankful!!!

Great service, Friendly Staff!I had a bunch of free coupons for stuff, Normally stores get mad when you have coupons.The staff that served me was very nice and patient with me.Love the dog wash, so much easier than at home!

Excellent location! Great sales and selection. Staff are helpful and very friendly.Purchased a little puppy raincoat which unfortunately broke the first time I put it on my pup. I hadn’t kept the receipt but staff remembered me and were able to offer me an exchange regardless. Excellent customer service!
