They were in a rush, but the employees are useless. three of them weren’t wearing hair nets. one of them was blond and his hair was pretty long. they got the order for our food wrong. how do you mix up sausage and bacon. only guy that was doing his job right was the cash. he was kind and greeted us well.

Had a 5 star rating. Down to a 1! Come in for lunch and counter guy says there are no vegetarian options in his menu. Everything had meat in it. And had no solutions for me. I will NEVER be back at this location again.

Food was good, but employees were useless, asked us what was our order three time and waited like 10 min at the drive thru

Bad service not even listen the order just make any think they want the girl said to speak in french as in quebec she dont take order in English very bad service

friendly and fast service. read a lot of complaints about some rude girl so i was nervous about coming here but it was next to my hotel so i gave it a shot. overall it was a good experience. i didn't realize my cappuccino was made so quickly and sitting on the counter though. but that could just be me not understanding french/paying attention when they were calling it out

Very busy Esso. Has good car wash, clean store, Royal Bank ATM. Tim Horton is small but functions and there is a drive through. Only negative is they do not speak English. But it is a predominantly French area so I understand

Very bad customer service. The woman there doesn’t speak English at all. She was very very rude . How can Tim Horton put such staff on a branch near highway where people could visit from USA or other provinces. I guess some thing is wrong with Tim Horton hiring department.

Non-friendly staff, girl does not speak English, surprised how she could understand it very well. I asked for French vanilla, and later I found it was only half of the cup, very bad experience.

Everytime I travel I need a box of timbits. I like to just get a box of 10 for myself, and I just get a mix of flavors. They have five flavors, the chocolate is my favorite but they all are good. Timbits are always delicious! Tim Hortons is quick and easy, and they have good food. I would definitely recommend a big box of timbits.
