My basement wall was leaking to the point that I had to use a turkey deep dish to catch the water as it came from the wall. My neighbor had used Jody's services and reccomended him. Jody was courteous, professional and showed up on a Saturday as rain was forecast in the next couple of days (who does that these days?).Jody went through the process, explained in detail what was involved, and as each step was being performed, would call me in ask if I had any questions.He plugged everything up, put in the foam, smoothed the crack with hydraulic cement, tuck taped everything and left it better than what the builder left.I compared his work to that done previously by a competitor. Jody is the meticulous artist, the competitor was a hack job.I waited to write this review after it finished raining for 3 days. Not a drop came through, no need to bring out the Turkey deep dish.I would very highly recommend Jody and his services to anyone, and would even be happy to be a reference (no, not paid for this review). A few years back, my uncle hired Pro-leak Solutions for a leak in his basement foundation.Jody was very helpful and knowledgeable which made my uncle very comfortable with hiring Pro-leak to repair his home.This past summer my father faced the exact same issue in his home with a leak in his basement foundation. I definitely would recommend Pro-Leak. Even though my problem went beyond the scope of his current work, Jody still found time to diagnose the problem from pictures. In addition to that, he also came by my home to verify his diagnoses, and took the time to review the solution that was provided by another waterproofing company that addresses exterior block foundation leaks. Even now Jody continues to offer his expertise while I am waiting to have the waterproofing completed. He had nothing to gain from doing any of this, what an amazing individual. Needed a job done for a client that was noticeably upset about her leak. Another company had tried to fix but did a very very bad job. As such, the leaking continued.I was referred to Jody Walker and Pro Leak Solutions to assist with my problem. Jody was awesome to work with. He is a super professional and enjoys his job and helping others. i could tell he genuinely cared about my clients leak. After speaking with Jodi on phone, we arranged to meet at my home in Alliston to discuss the water leak that had developed. Jodi carefully examined the leakage and was quick to tell me the cause.When I first came across his website and saw all the 5 stars review, I initially thought it was a joke but sincerely if there was a 10 or 20 star option I will give Jodi. It is extremely hard to find people as nice as Jodi in this world.What shocks me the most is that when I offered to pay him for his service, he refused and asked me to use the money in repairing my dry wall!!!! Jody did an excellent job- he fixed a problem that had been ongoing for sometime in very short order! I was impressed by his perseverance and knowledge. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his business. If you have a leaky basement he should be your first call! Thank you for solving the leak problem.

Jody's commitment to his work is incredible. My leak was in a finished cold storage room and I asked Jody to work around the wall studs, the butcher table and dry-wall cutouts. Because of the tight space, the first injections did not fully stop the leak and I noticed a very, very slight leak six months after the initial work. I wanted the wall to be completely dry before covering it up, and Jody gladly came over to inject the wall again at no cost. Since the second injection, Jody pro-actively followed up to ask if the leak had fully stopped. Now that's service!
