I stayed for a year, so take it from me that you do NOT want to stay! Management preys on young women not knowing their rights. You do NOT legally have to pay any of those ridiculous fines that she hands out!Secondly, I don't know what was worse...the mice infesting the kitchen and basement or the protected bees that live in the ceiling above my former room. Everything is perfect! Maintenance comes on the same day. Everywhere is super clean. The owner is nice. The kitchen is well-equipped. I'M VERY HAPPY ABOUT IT!

Terrible on site resident manager. She pressured me to sign the lease and I signed the lease without seeing the kitchen, laundry facility and parking situation. When I asked if I can get my deposit back moment after I paid, she told me it’s the weekend and it takes a day for the bank to processing for debit machine.When I contacted again in a few days because I was busy with exams. She told me she gave me a few days already to consider it and can’t give my deposit back. Every time I ask her for something she gives me excuses afterward. Tried to message and call dozen of time won’t communicate back to me and would not give my deposit back.I even offered to post the ad for me when other people get the place I will get money back. But she won’t even reply back to me if the room is rented or not.Do not live here!

Well, actually, I met you and Apadana by chance when I was desperate to find a place to live in Edmonton. It was the first days when I came to Canada and I was almost a stranger in the city and you were like an angel who stood in my way and gave me a place to live. During the time I lived in Apadana, I had peace of mind and you were kind to me

My one month stay at Apadana was very pleasant and comfortable. The building and my room were very cosy and quiet. The kitchen, laundry room and common areas are also very well organized and clean. Its perfect location downtown also makes it very easily accessible to nearby places. I have definitely enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

I recommend this place if you're a young girl because all the tenants there are young and you'll make new friends. I stayed there for 5 months and it was hard to leave those lovely people. My room was clean and furnished <3

Love this place! The lady there was polite and as informative as humanly possible. Perhaps those persons whom have rated their experience so low, need to do this job, and find out how people treat customers.

I’ve lived here a year already. It’s the safest space I’ve had in a long time. The landlady is an absolute gem. I’d you need a place that isn’t expensive. This is a good place for it. You will not regret being here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
