I’ve used Jim’s Septic Services 3 times now. The guys informed me of issues with the pump I didn’t even know about. Very thankful for that! I left a note on my door ‘Baby is sleeping’ and the guys were so great about it. Taped the bill right to my door and didn’t disturb us at all. Thank you so much guys! I will use their services over and over again!

Jim has always provided fast and efficient service at a good price and a friendly manner.This spring Jim went above and beyond when my septic tank pump died - he was there to pump my tank out as needed, gave practical suggestions for dealing with it, and was able to describe the problem precisely to the plumbers. I can't praise him highly enough.
