We took our Jayco trailer into Primo for service because our roof was damaged.  Jamie was very helpful in guiding us with the insurance claim and Eddy did an excellent job installing our new roof.We decided to take advantage of our situation and have additional work done such as replacing the carpet, repairing part of the floor,  install awnings over the kickouts and replace the existing awning.  We are extremely happy with the service and the quality of work done we received from Jamie and Eddy.  We highly recommend Primo RV.

The only place to deal with for trailer sales & service. We recently had many repairs done here on our RV & we could not have asked for a better job. They go above and beyond in all they do. We have dealt with many different trailer sales & service stores throughout Ottawa & area, this will be the only one going forward!

We bought a new trailer from Primo last fall. Michel was incredibly helpful, took his time to answer our questions and never made us feel pressured into buying anything. Our trailer was ready in the spring as promised, the Service Department did an amazing job with cleaning, inspection and taking a great deal of time to go over every detail with us. The walk-through was thorough, the videos they sent us were useful and all of our questions were answered. We opted to have it delivered and installed by a third party (Brock). He was very professional and experienced. He was punctual, had no issues getting the trailer into our lot and was very methodical when getting the trailer stable and connected to everything. He was friendly and really knew his stuff, taking extra time to make sure we remembered everything from the walk through. I would not hesitate to recommend Primo to anyone and their third party for delivery and installation for anyone unable to do it themselves.

Staff is always friendly, and greet you at the door. Bought our RV there, and return for any service and parts. Great team all around. You won’t be disappointed!

Primo RV is the place to go if you need any work done on your RV. Professional, courteous and know their products. Eddie installed new batteries and a solar charging unit on my Class C RV. Quality work done on time and as promised. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Ottawa area.
