Love their Banh Mi, in my opinion it is the best in Vancouver area, bread is fresh, meat and condiments are tasty.

I'm an out of towner and decided to swing by after picking up some jerky across the street.Reasonably priced at under $10 for an assorted sandwich. I was super surprised to bite into this even after a night in the fridge. The baguette was incredibly soft on the inside and crispy on the outside! I would say it's the best baguette I've had for a banh mi.I'd recommend to stop by if you're in the area and I prefer this place over Saigon. Would come back!

Great Vietnamese sandwiches and prices~

We ordered: grilled pork marinated in lemon grass, sweet sauce, and veggies (cilantro, jalapeño, pickled carrots/radish, & cucumber); shredded chicken, homemade mayo and veggies; and, Vietnamese sausage, homemade mayo and veggies Absolutely delicious!! Lots of flavor and veggies! And Vietnamese cold coffee (Cafe Sua Da) was good too! We will be back!

This is a take out place with banh mi sandwiches and Vietnamese snacks and drinks.The banh mi are so flavorful, with fresh and crispy bread. The house special with assorted ham was my favorite.Highly recommend grabbing a banh mi and eating at the nearby park on a nice day, there are some picnic tables available too.

This is the top value choice possible for banh mi, $5-8 are you kidding?? I love their diverse array of veggie options, and my favourite that keeps me coming back is their veggie spicy lemongrass chikn banh mi!! I also always sneak a bite of my bf's meat options, which are always amazing. The drink options are pretty mediocre, I don't come here for that but I do get a quick fix here and there to satisfy my cravings if I'm also getting banh mi!The service is quite varied between nonchalant and super friendly and helpful, but they just getting the job done and I respect that :)

A terrific family run Vietnamese bahn mi shop. They have eight major subs but will customize a little if you ask. I like the chicken or veggie. They also provide a couple different Vietnamese appetizers. The bread can be purchased wholesale and they have a number of their ingredients for sale as well. The condensed milk drip coffee is delicious. There are a valley of packages treats. No outdoor seating but there are some small tables inside. In general this is more of a grab and go than a sit down restaurant, though it is probably ok for a quick work day lunch. Transit is available from nearby buses. There is a small parking lot as well.

First time back in at least two years because I found better banh mi shop near E 38 on Victoria Dr (google it) that closed and I was desperate af for banh mi.Biggest regret ever, what happened to this place or am I just more picky because I been spoiled by better?Of course the prices have gone up but the food is AWFUL. Had the lemongrass chicken that was dry af like it was being aged and tasteless, prob been out for DAYS not fresh. I had to fish out the meat to give to my dog because it was absolutely disgusting. Bread was super soggy and doughy layered with mayo so it tasted extra GROSS. The viet bacon was slightly better but still I regret going back to this place because if I’m going to have PROCESSED MEAT junk food that’s going to kill me sooner, at least let it be GOOD AND QUALITY. this place was a regret and the cashier lady with heavy eye shadow overcharged me $4 - it’ll be nice if y’all SHOW people what you charging them on a display screen, seems like they are charging extra for EVERYTHING like sauces and jalapeños. Won’t EVER be going back to this place again, over priced banh mi. Go to the banhmi on w 38 and victoria drive, there’s a reason they have the best google review in this city. Lessons learned.
