Self Service Laundromat

Machines are older but well maintained, it's clean and bright and there is off street parking. Owner is very sweet and there is a very friendly cat that watches over everyone. Honest rates and a good clean.

Poor service and owners are very rude there and two expensive to do you're laundry and crowded space there no room for you to get threw without walking into people

Went to this place today to do some laundry and i had a great experience. The washing machines were easy to use since they’re self explanatory. They worked well, got my clothes cleaned. I met the owner and he is such a sweet soul, I even made a new buddy, Locker the kitty.

Great place! Cute Kitty. Lemme explain the cost for me.I had about 5 days of clothes so I used the 3.50$ washing machine. Detergent costed 1.25$. The change machine charges 25c for bills above 5$ so keep that in mind. The drying costed 25c per 4 minutes so I believe I spent 1.25$ for 24 minutes.Overall, when I add up the price for everything including the 25c fee because I needed to get change, it cost 5.25$ for about 6 kg of laundry. Not too bad! Everything was provided so no need to bring detergent.Plus, emotional support in the form of a kitty was also provided! I haven’t been able to pet a cat in over 6 weeks so it was nice to do so today! Highly recommend if you need to pet a cat!

I have gone twice so far. I had a good experience with the older gentleman that works there, always friendly and eager to help. But the lady that works there, I walk in to get change first as I had five bags of clothes to bring in and she made it seems like I wasn’t going to use the machines. She waited to say something a few moments after I walked in to, cause I noticed she looked me up and down and waited to say something. She said “can you get your bags first so I can see what machines you will be using.” With attitude . I don’t understand why I couldn’t use the machines without her needing to see my items. Very sketchy vibe I had from her…it’s as if I wasn’t trusted to use the machines. And I told her I knew what machines I needed. I decided to go to the one on Campbell. They actually trust you to use their machines.

Came here for the washers and dryers because my wife really wanted to see the cat.Nice place. There’s various washer sizes. Different costs from 3-11 cad. And all dryers are 50 cents for 5 minutes. There’s an ATM and someone here to help you! Nice place. Got to pet the cat!

My third time. First 2 were disappointing as some dryers dont explain having to press start button on each 25cent piece therefore I lost money! Both times were in the evening and no one was in. Today, I went in the daytime and the woman was in, so I explained what happened, didnt offer me and sort of refund, even few dollars, laughed and said well somebody got free drying!!! But, now I have been informed which dryers need pressed each time.

Not a bad spot, fair amount of parking behind the store, hours are reasonable and a good selection of machines, ATM on site and change machine in good order. Really need to invest in upgrading their sink though, only one small hand washing type sink I could find - not even large enough to rinse off your detergent bottles. Cute kitty cat seems to be the only full time staff person on duty! ;)

The owner is very friendly and courteous. Cares about people as well as makes sure all the machines are up and running.
