My third experience with midwives and this group was wonderful. Professional, yet comfortable, I always felt well cared for and at ease. Thank you all for your great care!

I've used Midwives of Windsor for both of my pregnancies, the women are wonderful! You are matched with one midwife who follows you for the duration of your pregnancy and six weeks after the birth. I totally recommend midwifery care to anyone having a baby!

Do not go here, do not trust them with your health or your baby (mine ended up dead)I called into the after hours at just under 22 weeks pregnant about reduced movement and not being able to get a heart beat only the placenta on my Doppler. I was called back by Ginger who refused to meet me at the hospital (I had already went to) and lied to me saying they would not see me in hospital without her due to my being a midwife patient. I had even said they would in Mississauga and her knowing I was not from here told me it was different in Windsor. She even went to the extent to tell me that she doesn’t expect people to feel babies daily until 26 weeks and that the placenta sound on the Doppler was the same as his heartbeat. She even told me that this is how people get the show “I didn’t know I was pregnant” I took her by her word entrusting her with myself and my 3rd baby boy. By Monday I was admitted to induce labour and deliver our deceased boy - I still had to argue with her to meet me Monday at the office where she told me “be prepared that he may have passed” and continued to argue about her choices being correct to refuse me the Friday.I spoke to 2 obs and 4 nurses as well as a few family doctors who told me if she had not refused me Friday our boy would have had a chance to live. She literally took our son away because she didn’t want to do her job as the on call midwife. I did report to the college to be told she may receive extra training and frankly that isn’t enough.She should not have her license let alone be entrusted by other moms with their babies. Imagine the harm she could do to a ftm.It’s a shame this establishment allows this behaviour, Paula was fantastic but unfortunately you’re only as strong as your weakest link, and theirs kills babies.

It was the worst experience of my life with them. My midwife didn't show up at my delivery called her many times she kept delaying and left me in labor for more than ten 10 hours and then left me to an ignorant one of them in the hospital who caused me a fistula that I have been suffering from for years and didn't heal.

I had Maria. She attentive and genuinely cares. Simply the best. Highly recommend ..

Very personable and supportive. My midwife was amazing and made my experience that much better. Having midwife care was way better then I originally anticipated. If your contemplating having a midwife I highly recommend it!
