Worst experience I've ever had at chicken delight.Their ham and cheese pizza is our favorite pizza. It's simple but delicious and sooooo good leftover. We have ordered a dozens of times from here and other locations in the city.Today, they sent it out BURNT. It was completely crumbly, and black.WHY WOULD ANYONE SEND OUT A TOTALLY BURNT, INEDIBLE, PIZZA? What sort of nonsense decision was this? Who could have possibly thought this was a good idea?You would seriously rather lose a customer than one cheap pizza?!Now, it's too late to order again because they are probably closed, and I wouldn't trust them anyway.I'll be calling tomorrow to speak with someone in charge, so they can explain what the heck went wrong.

Order the 2 for 1 pizza deal. First pizza was perfect. Second pizza was a half and half. They put all the ingredients on the entire pizza. Green peppers beef and olives was supposed to be 1st side the other half was supposed to be pepperoni bacon and pineapple. These topping are not good together. I called the store and they put me on hold for 5 minutes I hung up and called back. Finally spoke to someone and he was so rude. I told him I have to order in front of me and they did not follow directions. He wanted to give me store credit I just wanted my dinner. He was yelling at me. I had to calm him down. He said I can’t get it to you until driver gets back. I told him that was fine. We just could not eat the incorrect pizza. It was ridiculous. I had to re-explain to him how the pizza should be made. (They no longer had olives so I had to pick something else) It was delivered in 1/2 hour which was fine. He is in the wrong business as he cannot handle being busy and becomes very rude. Pizza was good once it arrived

OK this place definitely gets a five star review,, I was eating in ,,and it’s very clean ,,a very nice place to sit ,,they were very helpful in the ordering and providing me with coupons so I could save some money and the food as you can see is very delicious very fresh,, just excellent service all the way around ,,,I would highly recommend this Chicken Delight

I ordered over 100.00 worth of food. They advised 25 minutes for pickup. Food wasn't ready for 45 minutes. My chicken while hot, the exterior was all soggy. The pep and bacon pizza was burnt. I called and advised them they told me the chicken was soggy cause it was fresh... and the pizza always looks like that because of the bacon oils. I have ordered this same meal many times.... never soggy chicken or burnt pizza from regent or narin location. Staff was not helpful. Will never return to this location.

Every thanksgiving we usually pick up salads and gravy from chicken delight. First time at this location as it is closer to where I live now. Mac salad and coleslaw were good. Only issue I had and why I’m giving a 1 star is the employee had the gravy in a warmer then microwaved the gravy. Ended up going to superstore to pick up gravy mix to make a fresh batch. Will not return to this location.

What a joke of a place.... DO NOT EAT HERE!! This place deserves a 0.Spent 65.00 yesterday on wings.Totally overlooked to the point they're un edible.Also after attempting to bite into the food and spitting it out because it was un edible i found out that The MEAT was ORANGE.Called in and spoke with the manager and he talked over me asking me what time I had ordered I told him and he is doing nothing about it. I told him I would leave a review like this and he told me REVIEWS DONT MATTER!

BEWARE!!!!! when you place an order at the St. Anne's location. I called them to place an order for an 8 piece family dinner for $34 (the best deal I could find on their website). When I went to pick it up they had coupons out on display on the counter. I asked them why they didn't mention the coupons, which had a deal of 10 pieces with fries and gravy for $27. He said unless I tell them about that coupon they don't go out of their way to mention it. So I asked if they could change my order (which I hadn't paid for or even touched yet) and he said no. I tried again for a few minutes but he would still not chage my order (which would have consisted of him taking out the coleslaw and buns and adding more chicken). This location has lost our business and respect. MAKE SURE YOU ASK IF THEY HAVE ANY DEALS OR COUPONS WHEN ORDERING!!!!!!! Or better yet, go somewhere else!
