I find it odd that the store here in Nanaimo doesn’t sell to the general public. There are several locations in Edmonton that sell to the general public.

Unfortunately, I bought a flat iron from this shop, which did not work properly, it pulled the hair and uneven. I asked them to exchange it for me or buy another one. she said no, I can't do that while I showed her that it doesn't work properly at all. she offered me to sell it on Facebook. How can I sell a hair straightener to someone else? It's not really fair. I'm sorry for Modern, they acted completely unprofessional.
