Terra was helpful in numerous ways in selling my home. She advised on various things I should do to help get a better price and was always there when I needed advice. She assisted me with decluttering my home, supporting me with organizing movers, setting up utilities, managing financing options and helped me secure a new place to live. Working with Terra was wonderful. Terra started assisting us with the sale of our house almost a year before we were ready. She brought in an excellent stager to provide us with the feedback we wanted to get our house updated and ready to sell.When it came time to selling Terra was great, she walked us through everything that was required. Our house was fully staged, incredible photos, walk throughs, videos and brochures were all prepared within a day. I don't think any of the material could have been done any better. Our house had a ton of people through for viewings and open houses fast which was what we needed to get the most value for our house.When it came time for the contracts Terra was there to help us work through the number of back and fourths required. It was a sincere joy to work with Terra. From the first time that we met with her it was clear that we were going to have a five star experience. She spoke knowledgeably about the market conditions, the pros and cons of listing and all of the considerations that were pertinent for us to be thinking about.She was thoughtful about what was needed to make our property attractive to potential buyers and did all the right moves to attract an active market, even when the conditions were not particularly favorable.Her responses were always timely and were always helpful. My father passed away unexpectedly, and my mother would never be able to live on her own again due to a severe stroke. I was in a very sad, dark place when I came across Terra’s profile as I sat alone in my car looking for a realtor to help me help my mom sell her home.I was worried at first that she may not want to take us on because I was bascically on my own with the workload that would be involved, I work full time, have two teenage girls and i am a primary caregiver for my mom, in charge of all of her healthcare and financial needs. My plate was full. In addition there would be family drama to deal with. Without hesitation, Terra said not to worry. She would take care of everything. She wanted to help. For the first time in a long time, I had some room to breathe. From that moment on, Terra was with us every step of the way. She took care of everything, even the little things that I wouldn’t have even considered asking for. She regularly spoke with mom in person, met and consulted with moms lawyer on a number of occasions to ensure proper protocol was being met. Terra did everything to make sure that mom was fully aware and fully capable of making the decisions required. And not just in the beginning. Every step of the way. Terra was amazing with my mom and was able to communicate things in a way that mom could understand, without feeling condescending. My mom adores Terra and so does my family. The doggos love her too! Terra went above and beyond for our family, over and over again. We have and will continue to recommend her to everyone we can. She is truly an angel! My mom and I, my husband and my sister will be forever grateful!

We found Terra to be not only pleasant to deal with but highly efficient in the process of selling our condominium.She had a vast knowledge of the local real estate market and worked tirelessly on our behalf with a high regard for ethics and fairness.

Absolutely unprofessional, and potentially unethical. Multiple times we brought an offer for one of the properties that Terra was the selling agent for. She delayed showing our offer to her client multiple times and also may have used our expired offer when showing the property to others, so it might make them raise their bids.All in all, a very frustrating experience, and I hope nobody else has the displeasure to work with someone so unprofessional. If you are selling a home, I'd advise you to look elsewhere.
