Rick is a very good boss and takes very good care of his employees. He's very understanding of peoples circumstances and tries his best to work with you so that you can do well. JRM is a phenomenal company if you're looking for a place to grow in experience, they always have consistent work, and it's a place where you know you will be appreciated and looked after. I very much enjoy working for JRM.

JRM for sure is a very professionally focused and determined job agency. I have seen them work hard to get you opportunities and the most hours possible to help your situation. My position here was in the end temporary because after a few months the company I had worked for through them offered me a position. JRM totally approved and supported this happening, and that to me was so encouraging and really said something to me about them as a company. JRM is a good company to work for, and I believe your experience will be as positive as mine was if you do.

I've been treated with nothing but respect from Rick and any site I've been on. The various things I learn from working here is nothing but beneficial for my future in construction. Rick looks out for his guys and he's understanding of the things life throws your way. I definitely recommend JRM as its a great environment overall

I have worked for Rick, and he's a terrible human being, he loves to short people money, the jobs are not consistent, for example I was with him working nights, then the next week I would be at days, and he kept switching me around. He has shorted me on money multiple times, and at a point he would fire people for asking for a pay stub. Don't believe the good reviews" anyone I've known to work with him will tell you the same thing

Rick our employer and the employees are fantastic and extremely accommodating we always make sure that the job is done beyond expectation’s and we always double check we work and that we always try to be above standard. We follow protocol and safety regulations are always a top priority for us! This is certainly a family environment with Rick at the helm providing care to his employees as though they are an extension of his family and has certainly brought us all together. We are always grateful to the amazing things and generosity the Rick provides for us. He certainly cares for his employees we could never ask for better employer

JRM Staffing is the best staffing agency in Edmonton. If you are looking to be paid weekly as a temporary labourer this is the place for you to apply. They provide you with the necessary PPE as well as offer transportation to the job sites from the office daily. Rick the owner of JRM is a genuine boss. He is very understanding and gives people an opportunity to learn many different skills as a labourer. If you are a hard worker you will be rewarded for your dedication. I would highly recommend this staffing agency if you are seeking employment or temp workers for your next project.

Rick’s a great guy and more than willing to help a guy out even if he wasn’t the best in the past couple years. (Me) Overall it’s a good place to work, good guys to work with, decent pay, and if I was ever in a bind Rick would help me out with getting to and from work so I could make it etc. Great guy, great place for opportunity.4.8/5 Stars.

JRM is an outstanding place to work to be able to gain lots of work-related experience. There is always work and opportunities for success here. I've worked both in the office and on a few client sites, and my experience overall has been excellent, it's been one of the best jobs I've had. Rick proves he truly cares, and I have seen do more for his workers than ever should be expected from a company. JRM is one hundred percent the best labour agency in Edmonton. From the moment you walk in you know it’s different mentality in a really good way. The labour is hard, but the wages are pretty standard and fair, and if you give your best effort you’ll be guaranteed work. They don’t take everyone, but if you make the cut, you’ll be treated well.
