Tony was recommended by our realtor to do our inspection. We are first time home buyers so we weren't sure what to expect. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything and made sure we could see what he was seeing. He made us comfortable asking for clarification and asking questions. He promptly sent us our report the day of the inspection which was greatly detailed and included annotated photos. He gave us recommendations on preventative measures we could take to protect our home from damage or deterioration, rather than just finding what might already be damaged or deteriorating.Tony signed us up for a recall check program and followed up with us a few days later to make sure we saw the recall check email and to give us advice on an appliance that currently has a recall. He stressed that he would be available for follow up anytime down the road, even if it was a year or two from now. Would recommend to others buying a house! Thanks Tony!

Tony was recommended to us as our home inspector by our Agent, Christina.He was very friendly, thorough and informative. Throughout the inspection, he would explain the things he was looking at, what they meant, and also great little tips, as he knew that we were first time home buyers.There was nothing about the inspection that was over our heads, as Tony was great at explaining things to us in plain English. During the inspection, he used thermal imaging, which we were able to view on our phones, so we could follow along with what he saw.After the inspection, Tony provided us with a big report, with photos and everything we had discussed in person.What REALLY makes Tony shine though, is how accessible he is. Communication with Tony is super fast, and easy. Weeks after the inspection passed, we had a small issue with some plumbing that we had no idea how to handle, and Tony volunteered to assist us. He came over to provide assistance, and teach us what we needed to know to handle it ourselves in the future.I cannot express how pleased and blown away with this service I am. Tony is excellent and I'll certainly be referring him to everyone and anyone I know!

Tony went above and beyond (literally) to conduct our home inspection conducted in Mahone Bay in January 2022. It was -15 C outside that day and Tony was very well prepared.He showed up at least 15 minutes in advance to get his equipment ready. He was very flexible with the schedule.Tony took the time to walk us through the process, educate us about the specificities of our home and explain his observations. I will definitely refer to his report as my home user guide in the future.For example; I had no idea that our fireplace was equipped with a damper that we need to open/close before/after use. Or that the chimney had a an access at the back for easy cleanup.Tony was equipped with the right gear; Tony inspected the roof with what I'd define as the longest selfie-stick I have never seen" for lack of a better word. He estimated the age of our roof

I don’t think I could give a more glowing recommendation to a home inspector.Tony was so thorough, knowledgeable and made the entire process seamlessly easy.Being a single women, with very little knowledge when it comes to the ins and outs of the inner workings of a home, he took the time to explain each step of the process in a way that was very easy to understand.Thank you so much, Tony!

Tony has been excellent throughout our home inspection process. Tony promptly emailed a very detailed report but also went above and beyond taking the time to chat with me on the phone and walk through these sections breaking things down for me as a first time home buyer.We also had a bit of a hiccup not having the key to shed for the inspection at the time of the appointment - Tony came back out weeks later with very last minute notice with no hesitation at all.Tony is very reputable and knowledgeable - absolutely would recommend!

Tony was simply outstanding. He was incredibly thorough and professional in every sense yet was always able to communicate with us in terms we could understand as first time home buyers. He explained everything to us and prioritized things for us as well. His detailed report was truly fantastic. It was easy to understand and included many pictures of our home so we knew exactly what he was referring to. We really loved when he told us that the relationship did not end after the inspection was over and that we could call him anytime in the future if we had questions about anything. We called around looking for mold testing and we’re so happy we found Tony.He was able to help us, at short notice, with everything we were looking for and he did it all with such a friendly, knowledgeable and professional attitude.I like to know the reason behind things and ask ALOT of questions… Tony was so kind and patient, explaining what he’s doing along the way and ensuring I understand.In addition to being an incredible small business himself - he also recommended other local small businesses to us for other services we need. This was just icing on the cake as we would always prefer to support the mom and pop operations over the big box stores!Ps. We have two young dogs (who are in training) and he was so great with them too! It didn’t feel like a stranger in our house at all and I cannot recommend him enough. Best choice by miles!

Tony took the time to explain everything as he did our home inspection. He was very thorough and provided a detailed inspection report 24 hours later. He also runs a report to ensure there are no recalls on any of your appliances which I did not expect! Tony has a great personality and I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Tony to do air quality testing at my house. He did such a good job! He also replied to my email on a Saturday evening and I was not expecting that. He is very knowledgeable and polite and has a great, positive attitude. I definitely recommend him and will use his services again.
