Our car broke down on a cross country trip. We were able to get it to Ross's where he immediately scanned it to try to see what was wrong. Because of the make of our car it was something only the dealership could take care of, so he called the closest dealerships for us and helped us arrange everything. We had to spend most of our afternoon there. He went above and beyond to try to help else. If you're traveling through Alberta and experience car trouble I would highly recommend Ross's.

Incredible service, true life saver! Got me in on a 30 minute notice after my vehicle broke down in town on my interprovincial travel. Saved me and my mates from sleeping in a rageddy motel. Kept prices honest despite knowing that he could charge more in desperate times, true G!

Ross has been 100% honest in all his dealings with me. I have brought several vehicles in to him to get the engine lights looked at and he gives me truthful and straightforward answers about what I am dealing with. He doesn't try to push anything else on his customers. People like him are rare in this world, and I truly appreciate him.

You need something fixed, come here! From the moment I called, he was on his game, trying to help get me back on the road. He went out of his way to work out a solution, and fit me in the next day just so we could be on the road again! Highly recommend Alan!
