My 6 year old laptop was acting up, - low battery life.Called Raymond who made a good diagnosis over the phone, I went in and confirmed in person. He ordered the new battery, and within 24hours I returned to the shop with my laptop where he fixed, cleaned and returned it to me. Working like a charm.Raymond's helpful, patient, and thorough.I highly recommend his service.

Raymond definitely knows what he's doing. My laptop fell while in use and the hard drive got damaged. He was able to retrieve all my data and provided an SSD which was an upgrade. More durable and faster. I got my laptop back by the next day. It was lightning fast. Better than when I just bought it. Keep it up Raymond.

My go-to place to diagnose and repair my old computers. Raymond is really friendly, knowlegable and helps me made the best decisions as I am not very knowledgable with computers. He reccomended a good used laptop at a good price.I will continiue to reccommend this ppace to anyone who needs anything computer related.

Raymond is one of the most technically brilliant individuals i've ever met. He helped solve my issue with my laptop within a day! it's definately worthwhile to come here and it's very very reasonably priced. What can I say about my experience with Computer Central, except that Raymond (owner), is a computer WIZZARD!!He rose to the occasion to repair & breathe new life into my Dell laptop, upgrading the hardrive, the OS system, & finally transferring/mirrored ALL data!!Job completed before expectation, on budget & with a cheerful demeanor!!Highly recommended, fantastic service, KUDOS to him and his business!

I brought my computer a years ago with some new parts and a case for my new build. Raymond did a fantastic job, but I wasn’t aware until recently that my CPU temperature wad climbing over the 90 deg Celsius, which is really bad. I always felt my case was getting hot, but I am not a computer specialist, so I thought it was normal since Raymond did the build and probably check everything before handing it to me. So recently I called Raymond and ask him what could be the issue about my CPU getting that hot, and he suggest to remove the side panel to see if the temperatures drop and it certainly did. So I got 3 new fans and he installed them for me and charge me 49.99$. He did a fantastic job, and now my temperatures are normal going within 60-73 deg. Celsius on load, which is optimal. My only complain is that I wasn’t aware that a diagnostic wasn’t made on my PC from the first time I dropped it in, and just recrntly Raymond told me that he need to charge me another 49.99$ for that. So I am again gambling with buying fans and hoping that this will fix my issue, but I could’ve been wrong and still be in the same shoes from where I started. My suggestion is, I know you are there to make money, and that your time cost money, but not being aware that some components of my computer could’ve been damage because I didn’t know my build needed fans. I really think a full analysis service, especially when making a new build must be included when offering this type of service. Just remember that we trust you and when we get the computer, we know everything must be alright and good to go.

Just completed a re-build for my gaming PC. The service was very professional and was completed very quickly! Everything was done in 24 hours and at a great price! Highly recommend.
