My Husband & I have been attending couples counselling sessions with Ron for close to 6 months now and we can highly recommend him and his services.Ron is a great human being, he is very professional, knowledgeable and skilful with many years experience in his chosen vocation but he also possesses tons of wisdom from his own life experiences.He was very laid back and approachable from the start and we feel very comfortable sharing our issues with him and have benefited tremendously from his insight and guidance.We are aware that it’s down to us to do the actual work but the trust and good rapport in a counsellor like we have with Ron makes it all so much easier.We highly recommend him for any counselling needs you may be experiencing.Thank you Ron for all your ongoing help and support.Liz & Bob Bloos.Red Deer AB.

Ron is an amazing counselor and genuinely cares so much about his clients. I have seen him off and on the last 4 years. He shared his life experience, which was comforting for me because I knew he understood my experience. He gave me the tools I needed, which helped me reflect on myself, and how to stop living as a victim. He encouraged and guided me when I was struggling with my painful feelings. I am so grateful for his service. He is a wonderful, kind and caring man.

Ron Peterson has worked with 4 of my family members which includes me off and on for a couple of years. He has years of experience who is able to fully understand all levels of need, trauma and can relate to young and old. I have recommended Ron to many of my friends and family whom all have walked away feeling they have gained in positive ways. I appreciate the time and effort Ron has given to me, as I am a better person today for having him to help guide me through the hardships of relationships and past traumatic events.

I have known Ron for about 5 years. He has been incredibly instrumental in facilitating my growth personally and relationally. His therapy style is compassionate and patient while also being no nonsense at the same time. He taught me how to be accountable for my own choices and decisions and how to stop being a victim in my own life. Ron will always hold a huge place in the hearts of our family. He gave us the tools we needed in order to understand ourselves as people. He encouraged us to become aware, understand, and accept what is. While guiding us through the feelings that came along with it.Ron is companionate and truly cares about his clients. It’s being 7 years 6 months sober now. Ron was a god send in my early struggles with alcohol/drugs. I was in jail. My Life was over , . Bankrupt and my health was near death. Lost my family support.Ron’s approach was custom tailored to help me understand how I could become better. Yes it was hard. Yes he was brutally honest. It was very hard. His determination to help me continues to this day. I’ve seen him help so many others to. I’m so blessed to have had him help me in my journey to Sanity. My sobriety. A good life. A way out .Thanks again Ron.

Ron is an amazing caring human with tons of knowledge and experience. He makes you feel safe and open to share about anything with his environment and vulnerable approach. He has changed my life with family dynamics and all childhood experiences and has healed me. He truly helped me see within myself and others in my life and the difficulties I was facing. My SO and I saw him once a few months ago. It truly was a waste of money. Never did he allow us to talk, nothing was based on our relationship, or the problems we were there to discuss. He talked about his late wife, his addiction and anything else he could think of.I personally would never recommend for couples. I'm sure he would be okay for addiction as that seemed to be the number one thing he wanted to talk about.
