Experts at Jewellery repair, they have the lazar to repair jewellery with precision. My diamond ear ring had a broken post, Kevin repaired it in 5 minutes. He even re-imposed my other earring. Sally and her dad were so helpful when my fiancé and I came in to have our wedding bands engraved. My fiancé also wanted to resize his ring up but they advised against it because their expert opinion was that it fit perfectly and he would lose it if it was any larger. Quality honest service doesn’t go unnoticed and I would trust them with my most important jewelry.

I came in to get a gold chain fixed and was super happy with the service I received! The lady who took care of me was very sweet and helpful, I got my chain back quickly, the price was really reasonable, and the fix seems well done.

This place is absolutely amazing! Family team who actually care about their clients. I am a repeat client at this point, and can't wait to come back. I brought in a chain that was extremely delicate and kept breaking -- they were able to repair it for me, but they warned me it would likely break again because of the nature of the chain. Low and behold, it did (in a different place than they had repaired), and they were able to sell me a new, better chain that is holding up much better, with the same appearance. I am so impressed with their kindness and efficiency -- the turnaround is very impressive!
