This 1-star is a rating of my personal experience since I asked my doctor to refer me to this specialist. Based on my experience, if there is an option to give a (minus) -5 rating that would be the rating (or worst rating, if available) that is appropriate for this specialist and her office.The specialist (Mittoo) only does appointment over the phone, as far as my experience is concern.I regret very much having asked my doctor to refer me to Mittoo. My request was based on the 5-star google reviews, which now makes me wonder!!In my very own personal experience, there is absolutely NO care provided to me by this specialist, and even when speaking to her and her office staff, they also seem rude and dismissive.At today's phone call appointment, the specialist even hang up on me.In my experience from this specialist and her staff, these people seem to act like Goddesses that is beyond patients' reach (as far as my experience is concern). I'm just amazed as for each phone appointment that this specialist is doing, the phone call with me is not done for free - i.e., OHIP is being charged - and that is for a just few minutes of calling me (the patient) and, in each call, always in a rush and seemingly disinterested attitude, in my case, nothing has been treated and cured. No treatment has been made and therefore no cure has been achieved after various ultra-sounds, x-rays and blood works were done in August 2021.I can’t even have a COMPLETE copy of my OWN medical tests. There is so much more but this is already too long.

She is very kind and compassionate. Down to earth. Very knowledgable and her team is fantastic as well. I really trust her practice.

Dr. Mittoo is very professional and helpful. However, the way how the clinic works, how appointments are being scheduled, and the way the staff communicated with me was extremely disrespectful. The clinic sent me a bill to pay CAD$40 penalty for the appointment which the clinic has missed. The clinic tried to blame me and emailed me fictional things about my cell phone until I retrieved my Rogers phone records. All messages the clinic sends are no-signature and no-reply. Staff is absolutely not cooperative; they never tell their names when call; they do not want to listen to the patient; they can easily call after 9 pm or early in the morning. They never sign emails (either nothing or just Strategic Administrative Integrated Unit"); it feels like I try to talk to the wall. They do not care about my availability; just book and bill. I do not think that anybody who suffers from pain needs to be treated this way."
